Managed to jump on the PS4 last night. Couple of mobile missions in GTA with Randoms. Watched a bit of a Ghost of Tsushima stream. Will buy once the price drops a bit.

Cold and frosty here. No snow. Big wet and windy thing due later.
Games! Much Forza. Accidently entered myself in a 'Battle Royale' eliminator, and my only car available was a stock VW Beetle. Was happily nurdling around watching the forcefield close in, and thinking how much mellower this was compared to PUBG, when out of nowhere I get 'Tagged' by some vehicle looking like Mad Max had built a vehicle for the Paris-Dakar Rally and all hell broke loose. Beat him to the destination or get eliminated?.... he was already a dot on the horizon. Exit Gongfarmer.
4*s. Need to beef up my gameplan.

Morning,
A friend of mine lost his wife to liver cancer at the weekend. 39 years old. Two young kids. Absolutely horrific. We all knew there was unlikely to be a positive outcome, but I think we figured they would have a few more weeks at least.

Good. Good ... We played on casual. We got beaten on casual. It was fair.
Red Dead Online
I finally got into it. I had to get my man a new hair cut and beard. And I had to get him a coat and I had to find him a new hat ... Ths meant I did (he did) a lot of sneaking about, waiting for someone to lassoo so I / he could steal their dough. Eventually I began to do some missions for the real big loot.
I ended at 2am when some real people showed up. The respawn mechanic comes into its own when it brings you back metres away from your horsebacked tormenter.

Boy off school again, and we’re puffing him every four hours including overnight. So very tired… we’re hoping that his nan comes to pick him up for the afternoon, if only to give him a different set of four-walls to look at.
