The only reason I know about dick straw bridge is that he and my grandfather were the only two on the base with whiskers style facial hair so it was a nod when they passed. Vintage bikes vs angel and broken castles? I know who I think won.
One note has been printed and put on a van asking for the environment to be respected and the police had been informed. I’d rather they asked their neighbours to cut the hedge back from blocking the path.

Watching a programme about public art in Scottish new towns. They're in Glenrothes and I'd totally forgotten about the concrete art there. I'd lived there for about a month in 1990.
All the underpasses in these places just makes me wonder how many folk have had kickings in them. My phone changed that to lickings. That's probably happened too.

I'm currently preparing a 'Cricket Buffet'. This is partly to soak up the booze.
So far on 'Tuffers' Big Plate' I have (small amounts of each) :
Mini pork pie
HP sauce
Dry roasted nuts
Salted nuts
Left over turkey
Left over stuffing
Left over roastie * 2
Bacon wheat crunchies
A nuggin of Castello Danish blue
Its beginning to look alot like heartburn, eeeeeeeverywhere we go....
