"The first person in the UK to catch a new strain of bird flu has been named as 79-year-old Alan Gosling, a retired engineer who lived with around 20 ducks inside his home in Devon"
Duck fiddler. Calling it.

We could try a seance kind of thing. Call out to Baby through the ether to his box and see if he materialises here in this box. Kind of spooky I know.

It's good over in BabyFark's box. Like visiting a pleasant, quiet, library.

Can I put that on the next census? 'Duck Fiddler' or 'Baboon Botherer'.
Would that be illegal?

I am at a motorway services, waiting for a mcdonalds. It's giving me depression.
I'd rather be in my local, after a trip to M&S.
Maybe next time

Afternoon all!
Thatβs it for the working week. Despite its diminutive stature, it felt like it went on forever*.
Work is currently very boring, very staid. I donβt feel like anything has changed in the last two years. Other than the system going boom on occasion, thereβs very little variety in my day - no wonder Iβm reverting to my teenage years of Amigas and warhermitry.
Childblog: yes! Weβve got him into some swimming lessons! Only thing is, theyβre at 9am on Sunday mornings.
TVblog: Superstore.
Amigablog: Iβve actually recorded some fresh content. And there are games in it!
*much like my posts.

I've never been to a local after an M&S.
Never.
I've been to a sort of semi-local after a Waitrose, or a Sainsbury's, but to be honest I've usually been quite conscious of the bags and of having to get things back to go in the fridge.

I've just seen a DPD courier take a box out of the back of his van, run down the road with it, zap the barcode and put it back into his van. He then pissed off.
Is he a shit?

Iβd be too afraid to take M&S bags into a pub. Theyβd probably mark you as a rube straight away and steal all your money through some kind of pub sports grift. That or youβd end up as a contracted PPE supplier.

I have to walk 25 minutes to find a pub, where there are 3 more or less next to each other. That's far enough to deter an afternoon drink. I went only once, at a lunchtime when I had to get something from the shops down there, and it was full of men speed-drinking and phoning the bookies on their lunch hours.

Our local beer emporium 'Real Drinks' is closing.
So many drinks. All real ...

Yeah I'd be heading home after m&s due to chilled foodstuffs. Lazybones, sorry for your loss.
Just had chicken fajitas. It was great.
