Apparently there is another Battlestar Galactica reboot in the works. I'm going to start a campaign to get Schofield encased in lead and displayed in a Starbucks window as a warning to other media tossers. I like this idea. |

I'm having a go at PUBG. it's making me play loads of AI training rounds first, but it's quite relaxing. I just won a game by walking aimlessly for 15 minutes then getting in a car and driving at the last bot. It's very hard to tell which direction the shooting is coming from.

Morning Scoffy fans!
Last night I watched the other two episodes of Clunes travelling round the Pacific Islands. Couple of awks moments when he's told what those British rotters did to their forebears. I think there was supposed to be more episodes but Bill's 5G lockdown plans scuppered them. Overall a good watch, 4*.
OTTM, got a hankering for chippy chips for lunch. Will see what the clan wants to do.

Morning.
Having been housebound since Monday, PM took me shopping yesterday. Eek!
The world is a lot brighter and grittier since new eyeball. First stop was to buy some wraparound shades to cover my squinting tear stained eyes. Even windier today and we are off out again. Might have to go full helmet. Indeed.
Postop appointment Tuesday and hoping for a date for eyeball 2. Being long sighted in one and shortsighted in the other is giving me some weird head feels.

(not a) good afternoon. I have failed, I am not happy, I am now going to sulk for the rest of today and wallow in my misery and depression by drinking coffee - a lot. Weather: shite
Lunch: hummus, salad & falafel wrap.
Games: some AC:NH as usual, still busy with the Trails in the Sky SC gamestream catch up. You could say that it has all gone TitS up, Boo-urns. I had to go through several hours of footage to remember that just before Christmas I bailed out at 2 a.m. during the mother of all cutscenes and so missed a big plot twist that I had actually (and only half jokingly) predicted.
OTTM: brother is now out of hospital but not yet out of the woods. Fingers crossed that after undergoing the first operation the bone is now going to heal and he won't need a hip replacement. Getting up the stairs to his flat on crutches was agony and he will have to get to his GP on Monday to have the wound checked, so that's not going to be fun (he also doesn't drive, so it's either taxi or public transport). In the past he's been very resistant to having a mobile phone, but I sense that this resistance is crumbling.
