More ringing, finally got the summons I was after, now I have the armour and various weapons I wanted I'll just finish a few more side quests and then on to the next Big Bad, who apparently is very big.

Afternoon all.
TVblog: finished the latest series of It’s Always Sunny. And caught up with Picard.
One positive, it is better than the first series. But then a kick in the nads would be better than the first series.
Gamesblog: Gunship 2000. Flying low-level across the desert of the Middle East, poppin’ T72s with Hellfire missiles. Booya!
Nowblog: Off to the garden centre.

Got a lot more ring in last night. I made it to the academy, where it seems I might need some armour with magic resist. The Burger King lads are quite tough. After exploring the academy a bit I decided to just explore the map a bit further and went in the big castle north of Liurnia. Some awful creatures were seen. Real nightmarish creations. Then I went to explore Caelid and fill out the map some more. I made it into several castles that were clearly far too tough and got smashed to bits. Top banana.
I think next I will just level up around Liurnia for a while.

Everyone who has had dealings with the NHS or government (especially libraries) knows that accountants strive for acceptable mediocrity, perpetually degrading the organisation asking you to aim at excellence. I now buy some of my own dressings, because NHS managers, on government orders, overruled practitioners to 'rationalize' the 2 or 3 types in use. The one that they retained is cheapest one that absorbs less of the gunk than the others, so ensuring that it leaks over my floors. The more Rishi helps me the more it costs and the more he degrades my quality of life. iNews: "Rishi Sunak says he has already done enough to shield Britain from the looming cost-of-living crisis. I actually beat him with minimum cheese, all I had was an NPC summons, my fully upgraded summons, an incantation that gave him Scarlet Rot and to be at level 140.

Thank you for these words of consolation. Chumbles, amipal (nod)It’s a bit of a weird day really. We were here to consign my mum’s ashes to the ground, so … there has been some emotional content. All gone a bit quiet and antsy after we’ve said we’ll go back to the place we’ve got to have a lie down and get changed. My sister keeps commenting that she’ll have moved out next month so we’ll be able to stay in the guest room again. Genuinely can’t see why it’s such a thing. |

Morning
Just back from going wild in the aisles on a supermarket sweep. Let's just say that prices are not going down. Oof.
Ring. On about my 6th or 7th attempt versus Clifford I had him down to a sliver of health, one half hit/scuff and he was dead, but I died. Then 20 attempts later I hadn't even got him below half health. I was seeing double though due to drink. It's probably the toughest boss fight, for me, since the False King in Demons. Clifford is fast. A cheetah. Like a young Tuffers.
