I need those costs by lunchtime. You can't have them Why not? I'm too busy defending the Glastonbury Festival on a forum.
Coz procurement doesn't work like that and the cunts aren't answering their phones.
Give me a ballpark figure. I gave you a ballpark figure last week. Give me a more accurate ballpark figure. So not a ballpark figure?
Aaaagghhhhhhhhhhhh.

They are pretty old now. Jim Reid lives in Sidmouth, which is basically an outsized retirement home. He's younger than me. I saw them at the Hammersmith Odeon in the late '80s, they were very good. Was that after they learned to play? Or when they were still doing very short sets and provoking trouble at every gig?

Oh god Bicep are on there. I think I saw them 4 times in a row out in Manchester in the previous decade and we hated them every time.

Ah so when JAMC had discovered chords and tunes as well as feedback. I would like to have seen them at their peak. I liked them from hearing Some Candy Talking on Radio 1 all day the day it was released, but not enough to actually buy any of their records at the time. Edit: I am pretty certain Crankcaller admitted to having a haircut like William Reid.

There's a pasty delivery van that services a grease-monkey car place near me. They always announce their arrival by playing the 'A-Team' music. It's really annoying.
OTTDM: Played more Snipper last night, blew up some bad dude in his Kübelwagen along with his two flunkeys. 3 Teller mines will do that. Although, I had to wait 10 minutes for the git to complete a circuit of his drive.
OTTM: Apparently, I can't complete the campaign mode without dishing out 6 squids to get the 'Kill Hitler' level. I'm not doing that. Wankers.
Harumph.

I lost interest in modern music around 1993. I'm sure I haven't missed anything important.
More Trails in the Sky the 3rd in the weekly Sunday stream, the highlight of which was a scene that caused Andrew to jump out of his chair and reduced him to tears. Of laughter. He's going to post the clip on YouTube tomorrow, suffice to say that it took him several minutes to compose himself and that he needed a break afterwards when he realised that the sleeves of his shirt were wet with tears. Why, Japanese anime games. Just why.
(As I said to Andrew in the chat, the worst thing was that he could already see this trope coming from a mile away and they still did it.)
I apologise for the cryptic description, it was remarkable but you had to be there.
As usual the stream went on until shortly after one in the morning and it took me a long time to go to sleep. Now I'm waiting for a bloke who's going to look at the energy efficiency of the house and who's supposed to come sometime between 9 and 12. Needless to say, I'm beyond the help of coffee.

Morning
Jims: Resi5
Glasto: Good fun to watch on TV from the comfort of your own house. I'll watch any old shite so enjoy most of it. The PM and eldest went to Billie Eilish in Manchester a couple of weeks ago and said it was great. What time is Mozzer on? Lolz.
Weather: Glorious today, mid to high 20's as the week goes on.
OTTM; They're justified and they're ancient And they like to roam the land They're justified and they're ancient I hope you understand

And of course I'm a sweet dilf. No one can resist the man bun**

I didn’t enjoy my last visit to the Glastonbury Festival. I ate some hash fudge and got trapped in a field where Sting was playing. Then I bought some pills - worming pills I think - and ended up shivering in front of a bonfire, burning toilet rolls to keep warm…

The last music festival I went to was V98, starring Robbie Williams in his imperial phase. I did not enjoy it as it was a nightmare to get to, you had to queue for hours for either a beer or a piss, plus obvs I am really edgy.
