Our PS3 has started playing silly-buggers. Whenever I switched it on, it’s touch and go whether I get a screen on the TV. Sometimes it gives the classic CRT interference, despite it being an LCD TV and connected via HDMI. And then sometimes, it generates a 2760x2 screen… weird. The TV is due to be replaced. It could just be the cable. I’m just hoping it’s not the PS3. Check the operating temperature in the handbook? Don't use it if the temp near its position goes above that; if I remember correctly, the internal cooling and airflow aren't particularly brilliant. If you can hear the fan working too hard, try cleaning it. That's beyond me, but I have seen your sweet content 👀 and reckon you're capable of doing this. |
