Who ever wired my home put a light pull cord above the bed. Put your arm out, pull the cord and the light comes on and off. No fussing about with bed side lamps or fumbling around in the dark to get into bed. Highly recommended 4*

OTTM, as work is unexpectedly tedious..... Car is at the menders after starting to ingest it's own coolant, resulting in a spectacular cloud of steam and smoke from the exhaust. I fear it is terminal. PM is working with an absolute twat who is covid positive but rocks up to work each day without even wearing a mask and treats it as a joke. Fucker. One of the PMs boys is coming round tonight to ask a 'favour', in return for a chippy tea. When pressed on the details, he wants to apply for a new driving license using our address instead of the one he's actually living at (which is an undeclared HMO owned by his brother). I will probably end up in the dog-house as it's not likely PM will risk her boys getting done for tax fiddling, despite me not seeing any benefit to us or him in this 'arrangement'.... particularly as i've just confirmed on my council tax forms that only me and PM reside here. Also worried that once he has a driving licence with my address on it, what will he use that for as proof of residency in the future?  Helluva day. |
