morning,
For second breakfast I did a retry of my meat free richmond sausage and fried egg baguette with Mature British Cheddar ( as a nod to HM ).
I know I said it was good on friday but if I'm truthful I knew it could have been better. The issue is the induction hob we have at work, it's very unpredictable, and the eggs were not perfect. Today I started on a low setting and let the whole thing take as long as it needed. I'm pleased to report it resulted in a huge success.
I would like to thank Lazybones again and also a special appreciation for the nation of France for producing such fine bakers, like those that operate my local boulangerie that bravely stayed open to serve me my delicious baguette today, merci you gallic heroes.
OTTM: I have had an offer accepted on a property in the Bruntsfield area of Edinburgh for a new shop to open. Its a very vibrant residential area that will be a change from our usual city centre tourism business but I think it will be exactly what the business needs. We have had a successful year so I'm feeling pretty chuffed about work stuff in general.
Games: I might give cyberpunk another go

The Earl and I have grown apart a bit, The Argyle has been my destination lately. But yes they are both on a direct line of travel between my office in St Leonards and Bruntsfield. |
