Generally wear slider/flip flop things about the house. The child hates them too.

I am utterly incompetent with mobile phones so doing a few simple changes and passing information on took all morning. And more to do before the blanket boys* reappear... I have some giant orthopaedic sandals (size 15); shoes (size 11) neither of which now fit * One of them is actually 2 trainees |

I have one pair of Doc Marten shoes that look a bit like pumps but with big Doc Marten soles. I also have a pair of brown Clarkes desert boots that are maybe a bit too big, and another pair of scuffed āOnitsuka Tigerā trainers. I had some espadrilles but they became untenable after I went out in the rain in them too many times. They began to smell really bad and now the smell has been transferred to the Doc Martens.

Had a bit of a kerfuffle with Mrs T last night. I told her she was losing her hearing, just like her Mother. This did not go down well at all.
As it happens, she was in Hospital today on another matter and they checked her hearing for her. Turns out she does have hearing loss.
