This meant that the folds actually held while I was filling each tortilla. I then popped them on the hot frying pan a second time to seal and hold the burrito’s shape. At what point does a tortilla become a burrito? That’s the question. Is it when you have completed filling and folding it? Or when the finished item is placed upon the plate? |

What is the difference between a burrito and a fajita?The main difference between both the dishes is that Fajitas typically contained grilled meat and veggies while Burritos is made with meat, beans, and a combination of other fillings. Also, the burrito is wrapped with extra-large-sized tortillas but Fajitas wrapped in small ones.I read that s burrito has meat* and veg and a fajita has meat* and veg but the fajita is smaller. A fajita may not have beans. Not the vegetarian version of ither obviously |

Fajitas are open at one end. Burritos are sealed - full NBC protection.

i would consider it a burrito if I cooked it more after filling it, but a fajita if I fill and eat it immediately.
Maybe I am just a monster though

Gamez - Deaders. Chapter 2. Didn't get to the end but after a erm, hectic encounter I thought it best to find a save point and take a deep breath. Also I wanted to watch telly.

OTTM, off work tomorrow so the PM and I could have a sneaky birthday lunch whilst the kids are at school. The kids are no longer at school because the teachers are a bit tired, so it's now a family lunch. I'll probably drive.

I am waiting for a dude to fix the bathroom window lock. However, and this is where things get tricky, I need to 'use' the facilities. What is the correct etiquette for this situation?
Also. I had a dream last night where my brother went nuts with some kind of aggressive paranoia - kept accusing me of stuff etc... with threats of ultra-violence. Not a problem except that, in the dream, my brother was played by Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. Proper put the willies up me.

Tortilla* - a flour or maize based flat-bread.
Fajita - a steaming mound of tortillas with a side portion of grilled meat and / or vegetables, and various delicious accoutrements, to self-assemble in a spirit of fun
Burrito- a large tortilla enfolding rice, beans, meat and / or vegetables and various other delicious accoutrements, (occasionally served with sauce on top as a ‘wet burrito’)
Enchilada - I’m not sure … I think it’s like a burrito topped with sauce and cheese then baked in an oven? …
* Not to be confused with the tortilla chips sold by Phileas Fogg Snacks in the 1980s.

I once tried an avacado to see what all the the fuss was about. Never again. Same with these large floured wrap things. Pitta breads I'm ok with.
