The ultimate fuck-up luncheon-time; carers are apparently not allowed to pass morphine to me, so I couldn't take any in preparation for my treatment. Both the nurse and carers were here then and refused to let me take any because of their internal procedures. When the carers return, they are going to have to throw my lunch away because the pain is humongous. So I am now going to have to spend days fighting the system to re-establish sanity... I reckon I'm Grizzly Bear. Given the street number I live at, I claim Greasy Gertrude (from number 30) |
