Daughter's got an inset day today, so have been multiplayering the Lego skywalker saga, then building some actual Lego. Good fun.
Poached eggs on marmite toast this morning. Was Margaret Thatcher's favourite breakfast apparently. Might follow it up by destroying my daughter's lego manufacturing base, then refusing to give her a glass of milk

I want to talk about Stanley Tucci. He seems like a nice person but … I keep seeing these articles that talk about how charismatic and talented and charming he is. I’ve seen some of his food show and the content is moribund. His delivery is wack. I feel mean spirited saying it. I don’t harbour any ill-will towards him. It just makes me feel unmoored from the perceptions of my fellow human beings. I thought that his series is like James May's Our Man in Japan, but without the humour that redeems the latter. |
