hi I’ve been out. Playing a perilous game of cat and mouse with amipal on the streets of Brighton. Well not so much. I went to a vegan not-for-profit sushi restaurant for lunch. Delicious. OTTM, I've never had beef olives. I had to Google what it was. They look superb. Right up my street. I'm thinking of attempting to make them at some point.

I'm already feeling anxious about Resident Evil 8 in VR. I have seen that there's is a kayaking VR game though. A nice gentle and relaxing paddles through beautiful scenery in places such as Norway and Costa Rica. Maybe pack a few sandwiches and a flask. Boodiful.

I’m now now drinking booze and worrying about dementia.
The booze is relatively untouched but the worry is dissipating.
