I'm not going to respond to Lone Wolf, as I'm worried it might make me a racist. However, I would like to question the gender-fairness of Mordor's recruitment programmes and procedures. Shelob appears to be paid with sufficient live prey, so hopefully the gender pay gap isn't too great, but the the number of women as a proportion of the workforce appears to pose a significant strategic challenge to the regime improving equality. Mordor does make the effort to promote employees with a disability, remember there was that general guy with the weird hand/arm.

Shelob was never given maternity leave for the spiders of Mirkwood.

Shelob was never given maternity leave for the spiders of Mirkwood. Exactly. I can't believe the alt-right incel rage on here, defending Mordor's equality record, and shouting down anyone who dares to actually look at the facts and present a liberal viewpoint.

Top tip - Shopto is selling the latest David Cage investigate-em-up choicetravaganza for top dollar but with a free copy of Blade Runner 2049.

Your patriarchal bias is showing. You assume female orcs would exhibit visible differences to male orcs. It’s entirely possible orcs don’t display sexual dimorphism, and females look and behave just like the male orcs.

I mean, is anyone actually going to buy that game without an extra incentive. Someone would have to give me a new PS4 to play it because I couldn't be less interested.

Philistine...

Orcs can be whatever gender they want to be. Slap some makeup on, wear a dress, and call themselves Steve? Hey, I don't care.
Just as long as it does not affect the effectiveness, morale and cohesion of the Armed Forces of Mordor.

Basically if you are a white male you won't get on in Mordor. Talion seems to do alright. Although being dead/bonded to a ghost might have something to do with that.
