Yorkshires, chicken and mint sauce?
You know this already, I know this already, we all know this already, but I’m here to tell you that you’ve gone badly wrong.
This is the sort of fundamental cultural misunderstanding that gives Russian troll factorys game away.

I’m pretty sure I’ve bollocksed up the apostrophes in that, but I’m too aghast to care.

Is that when the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles went under the sea? I was typing April O'Neil but thinking about the Little Mermaid.

Baguette with garlic sausage, cheese. Safe from vampires for now.
Danger Mouse! How could I forget.
Some year's ago a couple in our extended family had their first child, and his father insisted on naming him Dexter, after the television vigilante killer. It turned out that the mother didn't veto this because she had no idea of the existence of that tv series and what it was about. But I was even more taken aback when I said that at least the lad might be destined to have his own laboratory one day and no-one had any idea what I was talking about...

I'm a big American Psycho fan and I very nearly got my son to be called Patrick, but beyond the top three it did not make the cut.

I'm going to say it. I don't like Danger Mouse. I don't really like David Jason either. I know that post Brexit this will mean I will spend the rest of my natural life in the tower, but that's the facts.

Look, the chicken and the yorkshires needed using up. I had mint sauce to hand - what else should I have served it with?

I don't know who is most wrong Mel or Sheep I was only responding to the prospect of melvazord visiting the tower post Brexit. It is a price worth paying In reality I am a sad remainer. I keep thinking maybe the Tories have a genuine plan and we'll find a reasonable way out of this. Then I wake up sweating.

Edit: BOOMWhen I was growing up I'd watch the Gaelic programmes on telly, to the point where I actually started to pick it up and my mum stopped me watching anymore because 1: no one on the east coast of Scotland speaks it and 2: it was creeping her out.
For years afterwards, I thought the only Gaelic words I knew were "Feasgar math" (good evening) and "Donny Murdo" (Danger Mouse). It turns out, after living with a girl who spoke Gaelic, Donny Murdo doesn't mean Danger Mouse. Its just his name, because he has "DM" on his chest.

Tha gu math. What can I say? I knew that Donnie Murdo is the name of Danger Mouse in Gaelic, and I've never even lived in Scotland and my Gaelic is a bit rusty. I think I might have picked up very odd information in the course of my life.
