It's weird, isn't it, that people feel free to accuse you of not caring about babies being murdered and then block you because they don't want to hear your civil arguments any longer. Although I don't like the idea I agree that it's a self-inflicted wound. Quite right, twitter is the worst place to have a discussion, I was in a mood so I went for it. Following on from that, forums like this are almost as bad because there is no nuance, the reason I like this place is, even though I don't agree with every comment I know that everyone* here is intelligent enough to argue their own position and wouldn't throw their toys out of the pram if I demonstrated that what they were saying was utter garbage. *except you |
