Morning
Grans Tiramisu. They've finally changed the available races. Group 3 at Interlagos, what a bunch of fucking animals in the first race. Smashed wide (and getting a penalty for cutting a corner I was smashed across), rear ended, brake checked, abused after the race, just ticked all the boxes.
Gave it a second go, and the game was just taking the absolute piss. The number given on your car is the position that the game reckons you will finish, all thing being equal, based on your driver rating compared to everyone else in the race.
It gave me 16, out of 16 entrants. I was nearly 4 seconds slower than the lead car. So basically, it had dumped me in a lobby where the game reckoned I had no chance. Fuck you game.
I had qualified 15/16, so I was one up already (fuck you game), and I managed to keep it clean throughout the race, gaining positions through a combination of just smoothly driving my race and other people's errors and I ended up in 10th at the end. FUCK YOU GAME!
Then I played some more Fortnite, where I have become obsessed with 50 v 50 because that's probably the only way I will ever get another win. Its actually also a lot of fun and I managed to get 3 kills and 3 assists in my last game of the night, which is pretty good considering there are only 50 opponents.
Have to take Catzord to the vet for a tooth extraction today, poor old sod. Him, not me. Wasn't allowed to feed him this morning and he gave us such a look of utter betrayal. I think we shall suffer for this.

Games. GTA with the sound down. The Nvidia streaming thing on my tablet is currently free and I keep meaning to give bioshock a proper go. Perhaps tonight.
Pizza. Pepperoni. It's a classic it has to be said. Top 5 pizzas?
TV. An episode of Animal Kingdom that my pal recommended. Dunno about it. Seems ok but I'd be better off with something else from the backlog. eg S3 of The Wire.
The child slept till 7. Praise jebus.
Today we're going back into Glasgow for some more european championship "atmosphere". As recommended by Tom Daley on the telly.

God it was hot getting home yesterday. The clock at the station said 32C and the coach had no air con. Terrible. Also these 5.15am starts are starting to wear thin. No games, just an episode of Orange is the New Black and some Good Girls. Hopefully some Better Call Saul tonight.

Sorry to hear the news Crank. Thoughts to your family.
Last night consisted of cleaning the Degus and NMS.
Finally got around to building and staffing my base in Norman. I now have a Gek and Korvax employee and have been instructed to obtain a Vrykul too. I have no idea why just yet but I've been promised better machinery so that's good enough for me.
Only one more week until WoW BfA! Who else is excited?! Oh.

Hello. I’ve been at the seaside jumping in and out of boats. I then spent most of yesterday on the sofa smashing through wipeout omega to recover.
My office is on the 7th floor, the lifts are broken, the aircon is on the fritz and there’s a huge cloud of black smoke on the horizon which makes it look like the IDF have recently had a pop at Dundry. It’s a bit much for a today-is-my-Monday.

They never fight multiple teams at once, they just clean up the remnants of fights between teams and they never come across anyone that's even close to their skill level and they still barely got 10 kills between them. They walked that one. Why they even bothered to post that I don't know. Its like posting a match between the French 2018 world cup side and Aberdeen under 7s disabled all girls five-a-side B team. Its nothing to boast about.
If I sound bitter its because I am.

Morning all,
Games: Heavy Rain- novelty already wearing off, will stick with it a while longer.
Dinner: home made chinese-esque food, basically turkey and soy sauce.
Other: interview prep, I got through the telephone part (thanks to faceless) and have second round tomorrow. 2 weeks between interviews? That's the kind of pace at work I can get behind.

Fortnite chat - I will only play it after 9.30pm now as I am sick off dying to kids right away. I lost about 10 in a row last weekend but then started doing much better in late evening. The highlight was a player getting the jump on me with a better gun but repeatedly missing with as I accidentally entered building mode and ran around with my blueprint out. I then finally scrolled through my weapons whilst bunny hopping away and killed him/her with a shotgun. The whole thing must have looked ridiculous to anyone watching.
