Morning all!
Destiny 2 for free and I probably still won't play it.
I pre-ordered PES 2019 last night because FIFA has been getting progressively worse and I can also play as Rangers in their officially licensed form...

Seems like a lot for you to play GTA constantly Ahem, Good point. Is GTA even in that thing? 116 quid is the price of 2 or 3 games so although you dont own them you do get to play a lot of games for £2 a week. Less than 50p a day! Oh god, I've gone all street based charity mugger. |

Anyone here remember Mike Reids 'Runaround'? That was scary, 'Runaround Now!' (or I'll beat the living shit out of you, you little fuckers!). My memory may be a little hazy on the finer points. |

Don't. Just don't. I've still got PTSD. Only ever had one shot of a dragon 32. What about psx? The Dragon 32 was great. Better than the Spectrum. Good graphics, robust games. The C64 was clearly the best of them all, but I would never have known at the time ... |

Oh god, I've gone all street based charity mugger. I think that's it. It can be good value but it really does depend. I rarely buy games on release and regularly trade them in. To the point where I probably spend less than £116 a year. GOW is an example, I bought it for £40 it lasted me two months, traded it in for £30. Good deal. Equally, a game like the division, I paid £20 for everything, must have played it solid for 4 months and still dip in every now and then. If I get it on membership I'm stuck with it and paying double at least. Having said that, I don't mind the PS plus charge, particularly the last few months playing lots of games I would never have bought. Horsee for courses. |

There is a further update on this. I also put some citric acid down my toilet to clear the limescale. It didn't work fully, and in fact seemed to make the problem worse. Bleach continued to work (I assume by removing the colour, not the limescale itself) but it would very quickly return, and seemed worse after the citric acid. Doubling down on the acid (it's the Chatterbox way) I added a lot more and then went away for a couple of nights last weekend. It seems to have worked a treat and I now have a nice shiny toilet. Obviously I didn't use enough before or leave it for long enough.
