Hello all. It took me over an hour to get to work, for a commute that should only take half an hour. An accident had closed the A27, and I naturally got caught between junctions. No games lasts night. Watched some more Arrested Development, finished the first series. BEES?!Then watched the first episode of Good News, which has potential. Might continue with it. Also finished Tenacious D's Post Apocalypto. Stupidly fun. Beads |

Paaaarp. Still no internet at home. Hotspoting though a phone doesn’t cut it on BF4 so I’ve restarted Dark Souls 3 as a big lad with a chopper, going for the pure brute force approach. It’s been remarkably successful thus far. Hefty.

Book chat. There’s definitely a bit in Walden where HDT refers to the tastes of “children and the intellectualy feeble”. If I can find it I will try and deploy it in the other place, fully cited.
String Theory is a book. I think that’s the new Super Tennis. Not that I’ve ever read it. Never read anything by a man who favours a bandana. At best it’s likely to be a poorly drawn treasure map.

War Chat! My grandad was stationed in palestine. Not sure about medals but he did knock a bit off the church of the holy sepulchre as a souvenir, which I think is still in a box at my aunts. Sacrilege that’s been a joy to watch.
The other one was a sapper mopping up after D day and I’m pretty sure he nicked anything and everything between Normandy and Holland that wasn’t nailed down.
True heroes, both.

* I've been with Sky Broadband since 2007.
I have had dealings with BT Broadband though. i'd recommend taking the engineer's family hostage to ensure good service - unless he's going through a painful divorce, which if he has BT Broadband at home is a certainty- in which case it's impossible to get good service.

I had an uncle who served in the Merchant Navy in WWII, took part in the Arctic convoys.
A great grandfather was unable to serve due to having lost his thumb in a mangle when he was a child.

Illustrious relatives blog. One of my grandfathers was exempted from war service because he ran a shop in a remote community in the Western Isles, which was regarded as essential services. My other grandfather was let off because he had a sore leg after falling off a roof (he was a roofer). Proper draft dodgers. Maybe the fact that I am currently sitting at home watching Undercover Boss USA instead of being in work is down to genetics after all.
