An acquaintance of mine collects the roadkill he encounters on the way to work. Fills his freezer with it and eats it. My former boss used to do this. He also used to set elaborate traps in his garden to snare the various wildlife. Every other sentence seemed to end with "just skin it and fry it up with some shallots"

What's everyone having for lunch?
I'm just having a little bit of sick in my mouth, as forgetfully I left my roadkill sandwich in the fridge at home.

I had Wensleydale leftover from last night's port session, so bunged it a sandwich with some chutney.

Afternoon All,
No gaming or TV last night - visited the folks before they head off on holiday and enjoyed a lovely dinner of stovies. Then more presentation preparation and practice. Roll on Friday.
Any good Netflix suggestions for watching over Christmas?

Good Netflix shows that others haven't mentioned:
Dark (Mentioned it earlier, a German sci-fi/mystery thing)
Glitch (Australian thing with people mysteriously coming back to life)
I like weird stuff clearly.

Does anyone know if there is a support act for Badger a la Creme on Saturday? I can't find details of one, but I know they've had support on this tour. I'm looking forward to it anyway.

Austerity Britain has hit Bodger hard. Bodger is an old Sussex word for badger. Another one of those same time tomorrow.

Austerity Britain has hit Bodger hard. He sounds like a great chap to party with.

amipal, Bodger is just badger in a funny accent, not a different word. I already know that old people from Sussex talk funny. If you told me that brock is a Celtic or Old English word for badger, I might be more interested in another one of those the same time tomorrow.

Talking of road kill has someone being tying things to balloons in the flight path? Cheap versions of drones?

Bodger is dead. You people make me sick. Puts a new twist on the lyrics to their theme tune. "Bodger and Badger are never far away!" *nervously looks over shoulder*
