Morning.
Games: Civ V. My Arabic empire isn't doing so well. My Spanish neighbours are following an expansionist policy and I have neither the military technology or production capacity to do anything about it.
Other: my third day in a row in the office. It seems that my colleagues can't do anything without my help.
While I recognise this is because I'm kind of a big deal, it's not helping me to push on in Shadow of War.

Morning!
No gaming last night as I went to a Creeper gig with Ms. Dino. I think we were about ten years older than everyone else in the audience but it was an enjoyable evening nonetheless. That band has a bright future ahead of them.

I knew I was past it at a festival about 6yrs ago when a girl of about 21 asked me to take her photo with the opening gambit "Hey Mister.."
Morning!
Games. GTA. Restocking & selling. No idiots in the lobby. No giant insects. 4*
TV Started series 2 of the wire on the way home. Will continue on the second train. Jimmy is about to get taken off the boat squad I'd imagine which seems a bit improbable but it is TV.
Had takeaway pizza for dinner.

Are they the band who did the Fairytale of New York cover? Yeah, I haven’t heard the cover yet but I’m curious as to what it sounds like.

Who here can sell me some of the reefer? Please speak clearly into this large flower on my lapel."

Morning guys and guyesses.
I had some defrosted bolognese last night that was not good. Not good at all. I don't believe it was one that I cooked.
Later on, I headed out in the car to check the tyres. The first filling station I came to, a Texaco, had a sheet of A4 over the pump with a crude scrawl declaring the machine inoperative. I continued along to a BP, only to find a chap with his Kia Rio parked across the pump and on the phone to the AA. I angrily sped away, and visited a local Coop for bread and a Ginsters pasty. Driving up the local main road home, my anger was strengthened by the sight of two, TWO! vehicles parked over the pedestrian crossing zigzags. I depressed the horn while safely driving through.
Any who, after eating my pastry, I sat down and watched a fantastic episode of Rome. Really top notch.

Classic English cricket, getting our hopes up then collapsing without a hint of fight. Ironically the papers this morning will be full of "we have the strength to do it" and "on brink of greatness".
Loads more homeless people appearing in Sheffield now, some just slapping their sleeping bags down in bus stops and even directly on the paths on the high street so you have to walk around them. Also two city centre ambassadors rugby tackled a scally outside Tesco. It's all starting to bubble to the surface is what I'm saying.
No games.

Morning. Why would anyone not use D Dog as their buddy in MGSV? He marks everything, he can fulton and he's adorable. I can now unlock some actual clothes for Quiet. Which will cost a mere 600k GMP. No thanks. I'll just not use her, instead.

Baby, I hear you, brother. How dare these homeless people want to get some shelter and stay dry. Who the hell do they think they are!

Have you ever got dressed in the dark and put on the wrong underwear?

Any underwear I put on becomes the right underwear pretty much immediately. What I'm saying is I can work it.

Have you ever got dressed in the dark and put on the wrong underwear? Like wearing the blue boxers instead of the intended He-man ones? Or a complete mishap where you stick your partner's frilly white knickers on?

There's been a noticeable increase in homeless folk round my way recently. On my way home the other night there has a posh looking old couple glaring at a bloke having a kip in a doorway. As I walked past them the woman turned to her husband and said "he can't be that hard up, he's got 5 or 6 pounds there. And his boots look new"

Were you aware of any particular emotions at that time? I know how to handle these issues sensitively and to carefully put my point across tactfully. Tonight I will be making myself hot dogs whilst my partner goes to late night shopping at John Lewis with her mother.

Baby couldn't 'er indoors at least have emptied it out the original container into some le creuset to maintain some illusion? Or have the days of that passed?
Whenever it starts to get really cold I do wonder how I'd cope homeless. I think I'd go down the kick a shop window in to get a bed for the night route.

Why you got your hand up love?"
