A commenter on Brexit at the Guardian said it was like Game of Thrones.
I asked him to explain how it is like it because if I came out with shit like Brexit is like G1 Transfomers people would wonder how.
In my example Johnson is playing the classic Starscream.

Babyfark: would be dangerously close to a "your dinner is in the bin" note in my house Firstly, my partner is on maternity leave and has plenty of time to make a proper dinner and secondly I was served up pizza on Monday. There's comes a time when a man needs to make a stand.

What did we finally decide with the homeless then? Sub-human scum, or there but for the grace of god?

What is the end goal of Stardew Valley? If you are asking that kind of question, it is not the game for you. Fantastic. Saved myself money with that.

What is the aim though? To grow the finest spuds?

I'm not being down on the game by saying that. If the aim of the game is to run a successful farm and produce good um produce then it may be the game for me.

You start small, with crappy tools and not enough inventory but grow as your farm does. There's a little plot in there about big business vs community (always go for the community centre, it's more fun that way) but mainly you just keep going through the upgrade cycle. There's also a little 'rogue like' section in there, which is where you get the materials to upgrade your tools, make machines etc. It's an excellent little game and I couldn't recommend it enough.

Isn’t the point off most of the farming stuff to get you money to upgrade your stuff to go battling goblins and slimes in the cave/dungeon?

Stardew Valley sounds like Elite for people who are less space-nerdy.

Given the choice between sleeping in wolfys house or being homeless, which bridge would you construct your house made of charity shop paintings under?

I always found the drops in the mines were better than those that could be bought. You farm to get money to buy Coops, Barns, House Upgrades, more seeds etc.

Afternoon all, No gaming / TV. Been advised by my supervisor that my presentation does not have enough pictures in it. So that's where I've being going wrong all of these years. Isn’t the point off most of the farming stuff to get you money to upgrade your stuff to go battling goblins and slimes in the cave/dungeon? That's the Rune Factory set of games down to a tee. I gave up on the Stardew Valley / Harvest Moon type games after seeing the amount of time I had sunk into one of and realised how much of a joyless grind it is. I think I played about 10 minutes of Stardew Valley before dropping it.

I'm tired and I've got pipetter's elbow. Can someone drive me home/pub/Clifton? Thats a pick and mix selection there, it could be one or all, I don't really care right now.
