Holy smoke. Why did I just read all that?
My dad was a guardian reading teacher. Zero racism. Big trouble for anyone who crossed that line. Grandparents not so much.
However, dad's inclusive views slipped whenever I played footy. I was actually quite good. But a bit of a 'Nancy boy' who tackled life a 'woofter'. Apologies for any offence those insults may cause. Guess it linked into Shenguins point about homophobic comments being seen as ok (on telly) not so long ago.
Oh, and BabyF has posted the funniest comment of the day (poor old Conchord). End times.

Exactly. There is no way it can work.
Also I'm unconvinced it is strictly necessary to reinvent the glass. The hole in the top has traditionally been enough.

I just watched every miserable minute of Derby vs Forest. Miserable nil nil doesn't do it justice. Both teams would die horribly in the Premier League, but Kranjaer knows how to organise a back four.

Dinner: steak (with mushrooms).
Games: yes! Progress even! Turns out that Cyrus's final boss was all fur coat and no knickers. (Actually, if I had come with the wrong team or without the divine skills of two powerful optional jobs it would have been a different story.) And so, since Cyrus was my main I have seen the credits of Octoling Troubler rolling! 🎉🎈🏆🥂🍾👏
I'm not finished yet, but I can now give Cyrus a rest and get out the B team for overland travel. Three more stories, two more optional jobs, and still a lot of side quests... and then on to the secret ending. If I can find it, that is.
Word use: I'm not one to throw stones from inside my own little glass house, but recently I had allergic reactions to the phrase "the will of the people".

The film has just ended. The ending scene said, in on-screen lettering as the credits rolled , "THIS FILM IS DEDICATED TO THE GALLANT PEOPLE OF AFGHANISTAN". With the accompanying music being "he aint heavy, he's my brother".
I dont remember that, aged 13.
