Chumbles That's a bummer, to put it mildly. Your graphic took me back a good way to my first game of Elite that I played on my employers BBC B.

gongfarmer I find it really handy to navigate through the different panels. But I have had to train Windows' speech engine quite a lot to avoid smashing into stations. "Request docking" getting understood as "Boost". I think the head tracking would be great for VR, but there's a limit to the amount of money I'm prepared to throw at Elite.

Afternoon all.
Games: DOS. Still wandering around Cyseal.
TV: More of Elementary season 6 and the fifth episode of Legion.
OTTM: No games or telly for me for a few days as I'm off to sunny Kircudbright where there will be pubs within walking distance. This is a rare treat for me as I live out in the sticks.

amipal Had a look at your photos. You've done this sort of thing before. I can tell. I tried a 365 project last year but I ended up taking photos just for the sake of it and packed it in after a couple of months. 52 sounds like a more realistic option. I might give that a go.

cairton what would be your weapon of choice in the event of a zombie apocalypse, by the way? I don't think you've told us.

Empty beer bottles and/or projectile vomit by the sound of things.

In the case of a zombie apocalypse you can buy yourself valuable extra seconds by throwing a loved one in the way of the zombies whilst you search for the ideal weapon. Personally I would go for a long sharp stabbing weapon such as a fire place blow poke as opposed to a bat or fire arm.

How is this place attracting new members? I mean "Why?" is the real question but for now, "How?". Is there a marketing campaign? I'm only back because of a browser typing error that brought this site up. That and a whiff of nostalgia and a smidgen of self-loathing.

Yes, even people you abandon at Christmas.

We're the first non-paid Google result for "one-way ticket to Zurich". Edit: Users Online in the Last 24 Hours 1 Staff, 27 Members, 217 Guests. scubar, Sheep2, tenthenemy, bloggiesmalla, destry54, cairton, conchord, pyjakson, amipal, chumbles, llamaman1991, Tuffers, scamander, mrtiddles, stxdpr, Admin, prudy01, gongfarmer, smellavision That doesn't seem to include the 9 members and 6 guests currently online. prudy01 is strictly a lurker-only; the other members have all posted. I assume at least some of the guests are Bink.

Plus Destry is a viral marketing genius. The retired spoons-dweller is just an online persona.

I did a 365 project in 2014, and they are hard going. Suddenly realising as you're heading to bed that you hadn't got a shot for the day... plenty of images in my 365 album are just random bits I found around the house... A Photo 52 is manageable at least.

I've had a beer and been reading YouTube comments , why do I do that, it is such a stupid thing to do. I've not had a beer and I have been reading comments on the Guardian. The comments are just as dim-witted and I don't have any alcohol to help. 2-1 to me in the stupidity stakes.
