I played Fortnite duos with my brother last night and I am starting to get better with K&M, killed a few people and we got our obligatory 2nd place finish. Watched some Ozark, which was "meh".
Also, I got an Alexa dot for xmas but it does not link to the tv and I do not want to subscribe to the music service, is there any use I can get out of it other than the weather forecast and jokes?
Pretty cold out there.

Or listening to adverts.

Anyone else starting to wonder if Chumbles gets his 'nurses' from specialist websites, or business cards in a phone box?

Spotify works on it, if you have that. Not a spotify user, got a huge catalogue of my music offline so don't see the point of paying a monthly fee to listen to the same music. Or listening to adverts. You should be able to link it to your music library then, basically using it as a Bluetooth speaker.

Morning all.
I went over a mate's house last night, one with functioning central heating. As a Christmas present to himself, he's got himself a steering wheel and pedals for driving games. Not only that, but the chair and frame to attach them to as well.
So I spent a considerable amount of time driving around a variety of tracks in Gran Turismo, and jolly good fun it was. The dirt track was the best - lots of sliding and kicking out the rear end.
Then plugged in the PC to try Dirt2 with it, but the damn game wouldn't work properly. And so it came to pass that I, amipal, would drive some of the distance between Dover and Southampton in Euro Truck 2.

Hello there.
Today is my Friday.
I played more Bioshock 2 last night and got an achievement for taking out three Big Brother's on the bounce without dying. Harvesting all of the little sisters is proving to be the best decision to make.
All this talk of horse testicles has be needing to play Red Dead again.
You people.

Chumbles!
If you’re constantly getting surprised and not able to take your morphine, why not just take the morphine every day? You’ll always be prepared then, and if she doesn’t turn up you’ll have a lovely few hours. Can’t see anything going wrong with this at all.

Good thing it wasn't Eurotruck: post-Brexit Edition where one spends most of the time parked on the M20.

I played a little Fortnite last night for the first time in a couple of months. Without meaning to join it even, I got stuck in a party with Baby and had to quit the game to leave it. It was all confusing.
I got a kill and a second place in squads with randoms (whom I ignored and who died early) and played a couple of solo games badly (though I did get to fly a plane).

amipalThat pal has got to be single. Hello. Currently breakfasting. Toasted crumpets, Apple Juice, coffee. The coffee is in my new double walled coffee cup that seems rather too efficient. Need to take down the tree etc today and clean the house. All before 16.30. no time for games then. Speaking of which... BOTW. Did a couple of shrines before bed. Then watched a bit more of the Studio 54 documentary. Set steep to download on the PS4.

Amipal may have got the wrong end of the stick when his "friend" invited him round to explore his dirt track.

Last night I happily did side quests. Completing them, going all the way to a faraway corner of the map (for the second time) in an attempt to complete them (needs third item - dammit), still being in the process of completing them, picking up new ones. Progress is glacial, with the indicator for side quests still only about half way.
Primrose has re-joined the B team because I needed two characters to guide/allure simultaneously, but she's pulling her weight as a second job scholar.

I never noticed you join, you missed the opportunity to watch me struggle with keyboard. As opposed to struggling with controller. Edit - I expect I wouldn't hear you either as I turned off Fortnite chat as Discord was on.

Morning!
More Kingdom Come for me last night. Did my initial training, beat the local lord at both archery and sword fighting then went on a crime spree and bought some fancy new clothes with my proceeds. Awesome game. Still finding it tricky to fight more than one person at a time, suppose that's down to the realism the devs have gone for though. Tonight I'll be having my 4th try at taking down a bandit camp, this time I intend to wait until midnight and slit their throats in their sleep. Should be fun.

I haven’t played a proper game in ages. PS4 got tidied away during the post Christmas clean up, and I haven’t had the time/inclination to set it up. I’m also meant to be revising and preparing for a job interview next week, so should maybe hold off til then.
