Congratulations shenguin on moving back home with your mum and siblings.
Nearly at the end of RDRDR. The first part of the epilogue was a bit of a drag, but the second part is pretty fackin good.

In other life news, some little sod has crashed into my parked car. Bonnet and front bumper a bit out of shape. Looks minorish and probably drives, but my guess is it will be a right off. Police advised me not to drive it to work in case the bonnet flaps up.
Edit: on the plus side, I am typing this message on the loo with the door open in an otherwise empty house.

Half term so the child was on the train with me going to my sisters. Coffee/Milk/pain au raisin/blueberries for the train. A book of Michael Rosen short stories was read.
Games. None. Too tired and we'd spent the evening looking at Holidays.
TV. Brooklyn nine nine & Community.
My immediate superior at work is off all week. Tremendous.
Song of the day is the club mix of 'Heartbeat' by Taana Gardner.

Games: Ape Leg. It is really hard. I seem to get hits on people but I always die first. I think my lack of experience in the FPS genre is a problem. A massive multiplayer text adventure might be more my speed.
Other: yet another big fire at my workplace over the weekend. Not in my building, but I am glad I was out of town in case The Man tries to fit me up for it.

Morning all. Congratulations to Shenguin on getting his long-con started. I have two days of antibiotics left, yet am still coughing horribly. Like I said, it's the bad AIDS. More AC Odyssey. I've been working the island of Delos for a while to assist a rebel leader to free her island of Athenian repression. I think both Alexios and I thought that he'd "get some" at the end of it, but all that happened was "Thanks, bye!" More Fargo too. Some great shoot-outs in it. |

She's nearly 7 so very good at sitting there drinking milk from a coffee cup and people watching. The stage whispers commenting on folk have stopped now I'm glad to say.
She's hasn't quite realised the switch is also a portable device - as she's only played on the telly - otherwise she'd now be demanding overcooked on the train.
The Michael Rosen story "strict" is worth a read. Verry funny.
