Hullo. I see Admin's taking it easy on the admin this week.
Ganes: nope. TV: nope. Booze: I'm still drunk. I have purchased Hitchhikers guide (TV version) and Gangster No.1 (Bluray) from CEX online. Have I done a wrong 'un?

Hello all.
My evening consisted of: - finishing painting the dining room - watching five minutes of YouTube - watching another episode of The Vietnam War
I am currently having one of "those" mornings. Murphy' Law is in full effect.

I played a single game of Fortnite last night with my brother. We landed at our usual spot at the broken down house at the edge of the map near Lonely Lodge, tooled up and headed inwards via the lookout tower to the right and the cottages around there. We kept the storm right behind us to stop anyone surprising us from behind and we arrived at the lava fields with a battle in progress which when over left just two other players left. I killed one of these with a green AR, the circle was tightening and we had one player left to deal with...
The relief groan at the end is the highlight.

Why are there still two players alive after the win? Oh, because it wasn't a solo win.

I smashed the actual shit out of BDT. It got beat so goddamn bad it probably won't be back for another week.
Also played some Fortnite with Sheep. Unlike Baby, I am not so crass as to boast about our successes or post a video. I mean, I have a Fortnite Solo win history that stretches back to Season 3, so I don't really need to boast.

You guys need to get on the Apex Legends train. It's much easier than fortnite.

Devil May Cry 5 is brilliant.
I have a rocket arm that I can ride about like a hoverboard that chains combos together.
Aiming for a Stylish rank in each fight is my jam.
*EDIT: Reading now that SSS rank is the best. I'm aiming for mediocrity now.

Re-posting this as it got lost in all the kerfuffle:
"I've never seen the Big L, what "classic" film haven't people seen?"
The story so far: Baby hasn't seen Scarface, Amipal The Shawshank Redemption and Crank Raging Bull

Citizen Kane, but probably loads more too. I am not that into fillums. The Big Lebowski is way overrated though - science.

I’ve never seen the Godfather. I only saw The Godfather for the first time two years ago. It is an amazing film. Didn't think the sequel was anywhere as good, despite popular opinion to the contrary. I've never seen Goodfellas.

1) Top Gun 2) The Shawshank Redemption 3) Titanic 4) Schindler's List 5) Saving Private Ryan 6) Apollo 13 7) Forrest Gump 8) Rocky (none of them) 9) The Sound of Music 10) Any Jurassic Park films since Jurassic Park 3 11) I don't even remember which (non original trilogy) Star Wars films I've not seen because they are so bad, but I haven't seen them all. 12) It's a Wonderful Life (well, I saw a bit of it, and it was unmitigated tosh) 13) Gremlins 14) The Goonies 15) Mad Max (none of them) 16) Any Rambo films, apart from the first one 17) The Big Lebowski 18) Good Will Hunting 19) The Lion King 20) Braveheart 21) Avatar 22) The Incredibles 23) Almost any superhero film apart from the 1990s Batman ones, and one Spiderman, and one X-Men 24) Brokeback Mountain 25) Every James Bond film apart from Dr No and a more recent one I was forced to watch (Skyfall? Some of it was in Scotland.)
Edit: and, just to be clear, I have seen the original trilogy Star Wars films, and I enjoyed them as a child, because they are children's films, and not that great to watch as an adult.

I’ve never seen the Godfather. I've got the Godfather DVD with the postcards in it, and the Corleone family tree poster.

I was about to say Revenge of the Sith, but then remembered I’d seen the last fight scene a few weeks ago. Absolute garbage.

Sheep! You display excelent taste and discretion. How, I don’t know. it’s like being confronted with a macaque that can play Beethoven and recite Keats; it is beyond science. That aside, excellent taste! You should, however, give consideration to Mad Max Beyond The Thunderdome; it is both superbly bad and outstandingly terrible.
