Also, are the First Order really the bad guys in the Star Wars universe? They seemed to be maintaining order in a chaotic universe, providing much needed support to the arms industry and I expect also providing stable returns for the intergalactic stock market. Would you fancy leaving your pension pot in the hands of the rebels? Rebels which acquiesces to disorder?

Morning,
Was out with my mates for my birthday at the weekend. We got nicely boozed up on the way to the curry house and everything was going fine until the table next to our challenged me to take a spoonful of what the restaurant claims is "the worlds hottest curry". I obliged, and nonchalantly asked when I'd be trying the spicy one. They were fuming.
I went back to my table, calmly sat down and then my stomach began burning like nothing on earth. I tried to calm it with two glasses of milk, but as soon as I got outside my whole meal came was forcefully ejected onto the road.
The girl at the other table had her photo taken for the wall after getting through two thirds of her meal. Cow.
Overall, 4 stars.

Honestly surprised to see how low down Rogue One is on so many of your lists, I thought it was really good. I cared a lot more about the characters in R1 than I did about Rey in FA, even though they were clearly doomed from the outset. She was just too good, you know. Luke goes on a journey, she just insta-Jedis. If they'd just forgotten about her, and made it the Finn and Poe show FA would be a much better film. She was much more interesting in TLJ.

Apparently you have to press a button sonyou can go rogue so no more accidently going rogue or people one shot killing you before going rogue. Also of one of your team go rogue, youndont all get dragged into it like a bar fight. |

It’s not a bad film by any means but I would struggle to tell you specific things that happened in the story because of how formulaic it was. |

Morning all,
Busy weekend and star wars tonight. Pretty sure I'll fall asleep or die from this hangover before the end.
Visited the mother on Friday to deposit presents and then looked after my nephew Saturday morning before a Christmas party on Saturday and Sunday.
Games: a little bit of stardew valley, not 7 hours a day- because I'm not fucking mental. Still in my first summer, just turned my cave into a mushroom farm (not the good kind).
Only about 2 weeks more of drinking before it's socially acceptable to stop. We go again.

There's one specific area for PVE/P that sits outside the majority of the story. You can do the campaign solo with no problems, but if you can get a couple of people do it with you that would be better. Also the DZ is bracketed, so if you did decide to go in there you'd only be against people of broadly your "gear" level (basically like Destiny light level). Doesn't mean they won't be arseholes, mind. For £8 I'd say definitely worth a punt, but it won't have the survival DLC. Which is the BEST. Also, only WeeCooper and I are still playing it, so you won't exactly be in exalted company. |

The main reason why I liked Rogue One so much was it was a self contained film, with a beginning and end ( they didn't spend half of it selling you the plot for the next one or flogging characters at you).
Apart from the weird tentacle monster it didn't have much in the way of flaws, no happy clappy force stuff and didn't involve blowing up a Death Star (well not directly).

I haven't seen all the films, and nor do I wish to. However, there seems to be consensus that about half the films are worse than Return of the Jedi. Seriously? That's a pretty low bar.

Yeah, you've gone wrong there. Should've went with the fruit bats. Morning! Started 'This Is The Police' again over the weekend. Dropped it shortly after the time jump last time but have already surpassed that now. The mayor can fuck right off though, 'Oh we have a serial killer in town, fire all your detectives because they didn't see him coming'. Fire a seasoned team of detectives, with high stats, for some fresh out of the academy types whilst we're on the cusp of taking out the head of the mafia? Fuck off. I'll take the rep hit. TV wise I finally finished off Workaholics. Inconsistent series, in a mostly positive way. Some superb episodes, some trash. Overall, it was pretty enjoyable. Also watched the Apprentice final, it was ok. |

Morning. Monday morning. Ugghh. This weekend I only played Zelda. First I took the scenic route through Hyrule Field. Largely uneventful, except for that one spot where I was trying to get rid of some silver Bokoblins on horses without attracting the attention of a nearby Guardian. Immediately one of the Yiga Clan idiots joined the fray, to be followed by three Stalizalfos and a pair (or trio, I was losing track) of Stalkoblins as I hadn't watched the time and night was falling. Then the Guardian ambled over to have a look what the ruckus was all about... I spent the whole weekend sniping the Guardians of Hyrule Castle whilst making "pew, pew" noises. Starwars: none. This has been compared to the Fyre Festival, but I like to think of it as the adult version of the annual "disappointing Christmas Wonderland" pre-Christmas staple. |

Morning all
I finally managed to realise where I was in Souls 2, so I went and battered the Smelter Demon. Kept on getting invaded while going through the Iron Keep which was arse though.
Star Wars. Went to see in the new Odeon Luxe where I stay (It has drink machines where you pour your own stuff and get refills. Also, recliner seats.
The films was pretty good, different to the older ones but still good nonetheless. Porgs were the winner.
