Hell of a link - loops back to itself. A profound metaphor.

"Boris Johnson's cabinet. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy." I once went in to the Britannia in Aston. I once went to Perry Barr dog track.

Whatever happened to Dan Jarvis, he seemed like a stand up guy?

Quick question. Does anybody know what the the expression 'Blue Boy' means? When I was a student, one of the local cabbies always called me that. Is it a 'dodgy' thing? Tis a copper. Ya big grass!

Morning all. OTTM - got an electrician over this morning to fault-find some low ohms. I ain't got enough ohms! Resistance is futile. Oh, and a good morning to you, fellow bloggers. I realised something this morning. It turns out that the extractor vent for my air-con is underneath my neighbours bedroom window, and you know how I like them. Good times. Physics humour? Who was the first electricity detective? Sherlock Ohms! Pray for amipal, and family, they seem to be Ohm less

I once went in to the Britannia in Aston. I once went to Perry Barr dog track. I once went to Catford dog track in morning suit... I was desperately naive. I didn't get mugged (apart from the bookies). The only one of us who won anything was the guy who bet on the heaviest dog on the grounds that it was raining...

I once went cat racing at Dogford. I didn't dress up as a penguin.

Reasons for a four day test match?
1) there is a new team that have gained "test" status and, correctly (see today's performance), have earned the right to play at the home of cricket.
2) with the World Cup and Ashes schedule there is limited time.
3) re-instating a very old test duration, as at trial to see if it is feasible.
Nothing to do with drives that need 'macing on a day off.

The women's test matches are 4 days which is fine but they don't have DRS, which is bloody stupid.
<edit>I'd be happy for men's 4 day tests as well.
<edit><edit>I re-read what I wrote and then thought about F1, they're the same abbreviation, might have looked stupid.
