I've got a lovely hardback of Fahrenheit 451. Do you keep it hidden in the air-conditioning duct in your ceiling?

Fahrenheit 451 is the only book I've ever dropped in the bath.

I see what you mean - there's one on the front cover. Apparently this'll cost you $139.95 from Amazon to read his non-sexist views...

21, but only 1 in the top 10. Also, the Knausgaard was shite. Wanker. He has written 6 volumes of autobiography and 4 autobiographical novels. And he named his books after Mein Kampf. Surely that is sufficient warning to avoid his books.

I think Bruce looks much better/more handsome/movie star with hair.
I realise I'm am objectifying him by his appearance, but I hope he wouldn't mind.

Hi Jumbulance ! Hope you're keeping well. Edit: he's fallen asleep ... I'm going to try to sleep... the Graun afterbox used to feel like a run down tavern; the PB version feels more like a deserted space station where either the inhabitants are in their technological cocoons... Is it this button, the one with gaffer tape over it? The one with "Do not push" on it? In the Abyss, the black hole next to the station, distorts the stars so that it feels like I'm staring into a dead eye; perhaps that eye is how Leviathan sees us and selects the next traveller... I stare at it trying to see if I can see Bloggiesmalla in the event horizon... I check the button ... Destry has left another note "Don't you dare Chumbles". Nice of him to rescue my old armchair ... I miss the capybara...

Yep, Jumbulance has disappeared. Just me and 3 ghosts now... the AI - MEP - reports them as 'guests'... one of them I'm sure is a filch. It drifts through the corridors stealing odd things. I use autocomplete to help me input this. I check back and every so often a letter out of a word went elsewhere ... Might not be the filch; I feel the Leviathan's eye - its pull may form a local typographical sinkhole... It's soul-stealing cold and at least the armchair is warm...

The rugby is on. The good thing about major sporting events being held in the far East is that Scotland's humiliations can be half over before you wake up.

Up far too late Divisioning. Just one more control point. Arse it's half one.
Fillums. Half of the latest Spiderman.
All of our books apart from cookery books and the pile of unread by my bed are in the attic. Apparently we only have room for kids books and toys. Talking of which. Currently sorting out the Lego. My OCD is twitching. It's that or I'm getting a coldsore.
Thunder and lightning outside.

Hello all.
Back from a morning up at Sheffield Park. The boy had a good run.
Filmblog - watches Mission: Impossible Fallout last night. My third watch. Still a brilliant action film. Genuinely very good. 4*
I also watched ten minutes of Die Hard 2: Die Harderer.
Photoblog - submitted a couple of shots for the open PDI competition this week. Opens are always tricky to pick for, so I've chucked in a landing Spitfire and a photo of a Chiffchaff.
