I would put Everything you always wanted to know about sex but were afraid to ask on the list, except it doesn't answer some of the key questions we all have about sex: Is it ok to joke about the sexual assault your ex-wife suffered? Is it ok to marry your step-daugter? Is it ok to [this allegation is unproven] a child? As soon as I saw that we are making a list of Woody Allen films I wanted to mention this. It is true that the film doesn't answer these specific questions but at least it had Woody Allen dressed as a spermatozoon. Simpler times. Step-daugter? Are you dropping your aitches?

Hello. A bit of BOTW. Last night. Realised I hadn't found all the shrines on the great plateau so jumped back to do the fight the robot one. I'm confused by the existence of a super-secret shrine on the Great Plateau. (Seriously, wherever it is, it's not on the Great Plateau.) I did a bit more Link's Awakening last night and am now in the third dungeon. I had forgotten how many frigging bombs one needs in that one, even if the game is very good at giving you plenty. I had also forgotten how irritating the teleporting bird enemies are. Apparently they are parrots and not penguins as I thought at the time. Maybe they are shenguins. Shenguins, teleporting around the room and being irritating, sounds about right.

Also, a list of Woody Allen films without Purple Rose of Cairo? What is this, amateur hour?

More BL3, but bloody hell for a loot/shooter the inventory system is awful, limited space and having to constantly compare items is a massive pain and probably a third of the game time, even with their "helpful" numbering system which supposedly puts a value on everything but doesn't seem to take into account item bonuses.

I think DuckDuckGo still gets bundled with Tor so it must be pretty safe and secure. Wasn't TOR developed by the CIA? I'm sure it is fairly secure, but I wouldn't rely on it for plotting against the U.S. government.

I had a 'bad' nurse... fast, efficient, heedless and uncaring. At one point I had to half-shout* to stop her doing something that would put me in constant agony for 3 days. She wouldn't stop talking over me whilst compressing the exposed nerve bundle on the end of my big toe.
*A full Chumbles' shout can be heard through the cavity party wall and gets my neighbours roundf= to check on me. I was once heard by my mate in the stand opposite mine at Highbury Stadium above the rest ... a half was enough to frighten the point woman white and bloody well listen.
God knows whether there are any pyots in there - eyes aren't good

The Lad update.
Apparently he went out with a mate (on dodgy drugs) forgetting to take his house keys and phone with him. On return he realised he hadn't got his phone with him, hence the shouting*. Then, as a secondary consideration noticed that his keys were missing. He then bricked his living room window to get in. Then phoned the Police to report being mugged of his phone and keys.
*I forgot to add 'I've been robbed' with my earlier newsflash.
No further updates will be issued as I'm fucking bored with him.

(Seriously, wherever it is, it's not on the Great Plateau.) You may be right. *Ahem* Ta'loh Naeg! I know it well. This is the only time they actively teach you combat. I hope you had a good look around the Kakariko neighbourhood as there are various points of interest there, not only this shrine. To put it in non-spoilery terms, have you talked to Pikango and have you met Hestu? Some of the Kakariko side quests also lead to greater things. Generally, every village and every stable will have a (mostly, but not always, obvious) shrine next to them that allows you to warp to the place after completion, so keep an eye out for those.

BOTW chat! Thanks for the tips.
Yet to get a horse. I've got some carrots now and I saw some horses before but can't remember where.
Tell me, are the horses like the ones in Red Dead Redemption? where if they die they die. Or do they respawn like link does?
Currently got a beef casserole in the oven. 2hrs then I re-add the bacon/leek/mushrooms.

Tell me, are the horses like the ones in Red Dead Redemption? where if they die they die. Or do they respawn like link does? Currently got a beef casserole in the oven. 2hrs then I re-add the bacon/leek/mushrooms. Horses are the best. Once you have a horse you need to register it at a stable, when you've done that you can retrieve your horse from any stable. You will also be able to see where you've parked your horse (that this wasn't a feature in Skyrim drove me to despair) and it will come to you when you whistle, as long as it's within whistling distance. (The DLC has some horse armour which makes that easier.) You can also give it a name and find out what its stats are and how much you've bonded with your horse. At some stables you can give your horse a makeover. There is a stable nearby where they teach you horse basics, but there is also a whole area where everything revolves around horses and you can learn a lot more. Try registering something that's not a horse for the lols. When I got my first horse I left it somewhere before I had registered it, got completely lost and never found it again. Generally speaking the dappled ones have lower stats but a sweet temperament and are easy to bond with while those that come in one colour are more difficult but have better stats. One of my horses was a rescue from a Bokoblin; all ex-Bokoblin horses are very grateful for being freed. Feeding carrots or apples is the fastest way to win your horse's affection. Horses that get killed do not respawn, but there is a way to bring them back: you need to find and speak to the Horse God. But he will only bring the horse back to life if you've been good to it and its death has been an accident. tldr: Horses are the best.

The braised beef/veg and mash was tremendous. 3.5hrs well spent. Two other meals worth for freezing as well.
Was a good housekeeping recipe. They have some really good ones.

Hard to find the latter though. I would prefer a Wingman or Spitfire as primary and any of the SMGs as a secondary. I try to avoid any of the other pistols, or the snipers or shotguns. Any of other ARs would be OK. Basically anything with heavy ammo is good, but virtually everyone else has the same plan so it's tough getting hold of enough, hence the SMG and light ammo backup.

Chicken & Chips.
Spoke to the lad earlier. Claims he and his mate drunk over a bottle of Vodka each, went out and both of them had their phones and keys nicked (?). However, Inspector Tids did notice him on his mobile phone this morning outside the convenience store over the road.
Case closed. One for the Berk Files.
