Homemade Chicken curry.
I cooked the onions so long they completely dissolved in it.
It was pretty hot, but I used an out of date yoghurt (plain) to add flavour.
I would not use out of date yoghurt next time. Unless I bought the yoghurt and forgot about it for weeks again.
