I got up so early today I decided to play Apex Legends before heading out to work, only I couldn't because there was a big update. So instead I played PUBG, only I couldn't because there were not enough players online for a match. So I played a single game of Fortnite, killed one player (probably a bot) before being killed for 22nd place. Then on the train I watch the episode of South Park where Gerald gets pissed on.

Came in early to get my laptop OS upgraded from 7 to 10, only thing is, the guy who needs to click the approve button who said he was going to be in earlier than me still isn't in yet. I could have had an extra hour sleep. C**t.

I was up half an hour early, so continued playing Pokemon in Japanese before work. A battle happened followed by things being said, which I read phonetically and half understood, and now have the water badge.

My wife decided to make a Shepherds Pie last night, it wasn't what you could reasonably call a success. The main oven refused to cook it, tripping the main fuse box whenever requested to turn on. Unluckily, we also have a smaller cooker* which still works and was pressed into service.
Ever had that experience when you have to eat something homemade that is really bad, but out of politeness you feel obliged to murmer pleasant comments? That was me, until my wife later stated 'That was bloody awful, I just couldn't eat it'. Hmmnnn..
*That's why they call me 'Two Cookers' Tiddles. Probably not now though.

Worving from home as it's Wigglesday. Shattered sleep as dog had me up 6 times in the night. Since getting up though she has been in her basket snoring solidly. Feels like some kind of psychological warfare going on, and i'm not winning.
Preferred mammal forgot to take to work the pack of luxury chocolate treats she was to share with her colleagues, so i'm scarfing them up between cups of lethally strong coffee.
Games- none. Maybe RDR2 later if I can stay awake

I went to a works do once, in Dec 2000. It was a 19 floor building, that lift got a work-out that evening. That was, until I pressed the ground floor button by mistake. Security were not impressed by Mr Tids & a female colleague, semi-nude, appearing out of the blue. I did the decent thing and hit a random floor button, doors closed and we escaped eventually via the fire escape.
Halcyon days.

I went to a Christmas party once, in 1988. It wasn’t my company, I was a cop, it was my wife’s. We’d separated for a bit and she was working in LA for a Japanese company.
You know what? I can’t be bothered. Die Hard. This post was going to be a synopsis of Die Hard.
