Well, it seems that the network is at 80% capacity used. There's a feedback mechanism in the smart Hub that throttles the 4 channels down to one as the individual hub can't guarantee sustained access for all 4 'channels'.
Bollocks. I want 3/4 of my sub back if this continues - "oooh, all our subscribers are using broadband at the same time." It's like an airline overbooking the seats on an aircraft (as if)... but in that case you'll get your money back or an alternative flight. VM are getting the full sub for 25% of the service.
