Day 1 wfh, trying to finish control from psnow before it leaves, there is a free ghost recon breakpoint weekend starting tomorrow and endless legend free week on Steam. I am currently looking at ppts and data. This is not going well. I am playing Control. Do you like it? I enjoy throwing the office furniture about the place. |

Audiobooks, to take a note from Chumbles. I’ve been offered another Audible trial from amazon, so I’m in the market for a new audiobook. Does anybody have any suggestions? Even though I had the book, I listened to Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell by Susanna Clarke and it is really well done. 4* |

Can I recommend The Children of Huron by JRR Tolkien and read by Christopher Lee
There’s a really long unabridged reading of all the Sherlock Holmes books read by Stephen Fry - but there is no chapter controls, so really hard to find your way around the book.

I'm BT. Could get faster if i wished to payout more up to 150 with them I believe.
Virgin are in the street as well - but as they want £4 a month for caller ID they can fuck off.
Also - dunno if Branson is involved with them any more but after his bollocks of late he can do one.

So it has begun. I have landed on my island. I have named it Tikunani. It has apples. I always get apples. I'm very happy about this. My fellow residents are jock deer Bam (geddit?) and an uchi horse called Reneigh ( geddit??). The latter is a new character, I think. I have learnt to tolerate jock residents and can find them amusing, but I'm glad I got an uchi neighbour as well. In New Leaf one of my closest neighbours was Sylvia and we had good times together. Turns out that Tom Nook has a warped idea of how democracy works. This didn't surprise me. So far I've only seen K.K. Slider in my dream. Today is the first day of a new life. crankcaller So you've got the game, too? This might make working from home a lot easier for you. However, I was thinking of you when I saw reports on how on shared islands progress is tied to the 'primary player'. Luckily the game autosaves now, so your daughter won't be invoking the wrath of Resetti all the time, but you will have to think about making her the main player so that she can make progress. This is a stupid decision by Nintendo that is already leading to reviewbombing. Hopefully they'll get the memo and patch this up asap. |

My download speed is 24 Mbps but was only about 10 when I checked yesterday. It's always been really unstable.

When it comes to broadband I'm a Virgin.
Internet speed varies greatly depending on how far away you are from your router. Best speed is right next to it. Mine's much slower on the first floor.
Edit: I'm in Brum, obvs.
