Morning Everyone!
I hope you're all well. It looks like it will be another sunny day here. The flying dinosaurs are being noisy and woke me up far too early.

Morning.
Coffee. Cough-free Shopping mission being planned. Early? Late? Each hit a different store? Crowbar or hammer? Never was any good at strategy games.....

Hullo.
It's been busy here. I've resurrected my old Timex indiglo watch from the dead as a reserve reserve watch. Not withstanding this mighty feat of electro-engineering, I've also placed all of my coin collection in individual cases/wallets to prevent cross-contamination.
Heady times, I'm sure you will agree.
OTTM: Nah.

Re dog going free, keep it to get you out the house more with walking and then when there is no more meat in the supermarkets you can profit. Trying ghost recon breakpoint, seems ok.

TV. Some schitts creek and Avenue 5.
Ganes. Division 2 Challenging bounties whilst chatting to my pal.
He has lupus and is off his job in Tesco. He had a sore throat/fever from Wed morning. If he could get a positive test he would be able to go back to work in a fortnight safely knowing he'd had it. Also thanks to MAGA-man there are now shortages of his lupus medicine. Terrific. Sorry, terrifying.
The child is currently extending her animal crossing gaming hour by "making mummy a character... I need to show her what to do..."
You're fooling no-one doll.

Does that mean he's either going to be a Werewolf or will he become a Zombie?! (no disrespect implied) good (whispers, "what day is it"?) oh morning!

He does keep late hours so possibly a bit of both. He has a cupboard full of paracetamol/brufen that he will barter for hash/weed - his preferred painkiller/muscle relaxant.
His saving grace is he used to be a chef so he can whip up meals from very little and batch cooks stuff.

I am currently downloading War World Z ( it's free), although I will probably just play fuckin' Fortnite.
I had a kickabout with the boy at the nearby football field and we managed to grab another Sainsbury's delivery today although they didn't have sliced bread.

Sainsbury's.
The horror.
Thank fuck that's over. Got back at 11:30, looked at the missus and both decided it was time to start drinking.

Overcast sky here today. At least the weather is no longer mocking us.
After the mini Nintendo Direct day before yesterday I pre-ordered the Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition collector's doodah. Unless this changes due to current events the release day will be the same as The Last of Us 2 and a couple of other games, including the Bioshock/Borderlands/XCOM Collections for Switch. Listen here, video game publishers. There are 53 Fridays in 2020, that's one more than usual in a year. You don't have to release all of your games on the same Friday. Just space things out a bit, then you don't have to complain later that your game didn't sell as well as you thought it would.
Crossing the Animals: Blathers arrived and in less than a day he had everything for the museum. I can't wait. People are talking about what a laid back game AC is, how one can do 15 minutes here or there. They are wrong. When I switch on the game I'm fully aware that I want to play it for the next 3 to 4 hours.
Also talked to Wisp who I already spotted the very first night but couldn't reach. Now I have a towel rack in my house. Apparently it's expensive.

Good morrow citizens. You may ingest your food pills on the third beep.

Gamesblog - none

TVblog - the penultimate episode of The Night Manager. Cor, it's bloomin' good television!
Unlike the series finale of Picard, which was turgid, and relied too heavily on heart-string-pulling nostalgia. And what eventually happened is what no-one ever thought would be a good idea. [raises fist to sky] KURTZMAAAAAAAN!!!

It's inevitable, typically you would come home from work and chill and not pay attention to your home, now your home is forcing you to notice. here's something to cheer you up in hiding (though laughing out loud will probably get you caught)! I couldn't help myself.

Hullo. Last night I finished watching Unbelievable on Netflix. Thought it was v good. Then I did a virtual pub thing with some of 'the lads' on Zoom. It was ok but a bit awkward. This morning I completed the Salvador boss fight on Control. Only took 25 attempts and 2 hours.

What a load of old horse balls.

tenthenemy Can you only give Tom Nook the stuff on the first day to get the museum? Can't seem to find a way to pass it to him... I fear this might be the issue for shared islands I was talking about. I suppose you have made your daughter the main player and it is my understanding that only the main player can make any progress by talking to Tom Nook. So you can collect new bugs and fishes and materials and stuff for her and pass them on to her to help out but you cannot interact with the Nook Man himself. Player One can progress at whatever pace they want. This is so obviously stupid and unacceptable that I feel Nintendo is probably very swiftly and quietly going to correct this, like they did for Mario Maker 2 where at release you couldn't play with your friends online. (Seriously, you couldn't play with your registered friends online.) It's also possible that they might dig in their heels and never fix this, they are a weird company.

I've got zoom drinks arranged for later.
I am busy watching Euro 2004. It is the best.
Tomorrow Birmingham are live streaming the Carling cup final from 2011. It will be emotional.
