Morning!
Last night I took delivery of the PS VR so spent most of my game time on there. Downloaded the VR Playroom to go with Doom and GT Sport. VR Playroom was really good, especially for a free game, fun and immersive, 4 *s. Dooms controls are a bit shonky, I did terribly in the ten mins I tried it for but will persevere as it shows some promise. GT Sport I did not get on with though, probably due to the fact that I don't enjoy racing games, either way that's getting traded today to go towards Skyrim. Overall, I'm impressed by it, solid 4 * experience.
Also watched the latest Impractical Jokers, it had me laughing so hard I was in tears. That hasn't happened in a while.

Do you have the ps pro? Did you try normal games in non 3d picture mode?

Do you have the ps pro? Did you try normal games in non 3d picture mode? Yes, I have the pro. Whilst waiting for the playroom to download I played a bit of Stardew with it but it was cumbersome. I didn't really like having to move my head to see the corners. You can probably shrink it a bit but I didn't look too much into the settings.

Killed it. I wonder what Scubar's having for lunch. same picture as yesterday? Maybe put a bit more effort in, yeah? I will - when you do the same with your posts. Is that better?

Hi, Last night: uneventful. Fighting a Hinox, identifying the locations for Mipha's challenge, that kind of thing. I had so much practice taking down Skywatchers at Hyrule Castle that I shot down three in a row without missing a beat. They used to scare the bejeezus out of me. Also: finished season 1 of Peaky Blinders. This morning: Ocado delivery, including Burns Night offer: 500 g Macsween haggis, neeps and tatties & 2l bottle of Irn Bru (new, sugar reduced, just to try it) for a fiver. Still got a stash of whisky cream sauce. Looks like Wetherspoon's steak club was just as grim as we thought. However, I was surprised to see that Jamie Oliver sources his zebu from the same place. Or should I have been? His restaurants are somewhere I'd never visit. I've never been to his restaurants either. As for the Spoons... told you so.

It seems that FlyBe's slogan is 'Faster than road or rail' - I should bloody well hope so, it's a fucking plane. Maybe Ryanair should go with 'Marginally better than a kick in the nuts.'

It's not even strictly accurate. 'Faster than road or rail based on point-to-point travel time but discounting travel to the airport, check in and security'.

Pricing being the same, if you had to travel to a location of your choosing in central Paris - or even to Paris CDG - by dint of nothing other than a swift kick in the nuts OR you could travel to Paris BVA on Ryanair, which is literally halfway to Belgium and your only other option which would you choose?

It's significantly less than half way to Belgium and is not even on a direct route from Paris to Belgium. It is shoddy inaccuracies such as this that make Cobblers such a terrible travel agent.

What sort of baggage allowance are we talking if travelling by nut-kick?

@tvblog MST3K - Riding With Death. Another terribly brilliant film, one which appears to be two films in one. Worth a watch, this one. Is that one of the ones that's on Netflix? I had got a couple of the collections a few years ago on DVD that I really enjoyed but never wanted to fork out the money for any more (especially as they tended to fall into the import duties price range if they got picked up). Wil have to give the one's that are up a watch. No! YouTube! There are hundreds of them on there. The Netflix collection is a bit hit and miss. It does include the superb Space Mutiny though. And the new series is also worth a watch.

I booked a nut-kicking trip with him last year that was cancelled at the last minute and it turns out his gonad based flights aren't even ABTA protected. Would not book again. Four stars.

Ok, just over one third, 87km vs 230km. Still, a brief moment of pain vs several hours knowing you’ve been fully stitched up by O’Leary.

Quite a bit over one third, in fact. Sheep! Fake news! I call shennanigans, you’re in the pocket of big low cost travel, trying to hound the bollock specialists out of business with ill founded criticism. Elon Musk shall hear of this!

The FlyBe claim is only true if the plane is flying and the car/train are earthbound. If the plane had to taxi all the way down the M6 I could probably beat it on foot, even stopping every few metres to try kicking myself in the nuts.

The only fair way to settle this is to drop a train, a car and an aircraft from the top of the leaning tower of Pisa and see which hits the ground first.

The plane would never hit the ground it would just fly off. Er no if wouldn't. You need a small thing called a RUNWAY. It's not a helicopter.
