The Pisa Tower is 57m in height. A Boeing 737 requires 1616m to take off.
I also know of no commercial jet that achieves V/STOL flight.

Lot of negative thinking around this tower plan. Shenguin's donkey probably couldn't fly off the tower either, but that didn't stop him taking it up there to at least try, did it?

This isn't rocket surgery.
If you can't fit a plane up the Tower of Pisa's stairs, disassemble the plane at the base of the tower, carry the individual components up the stairs then re-assemble the plane at the top.
It's childishly simple really.
