Shenguin, "waiting for tipex to dry" bought me a couple of minutes of doing nothing a few times per class at school.

It's not even that unlikely, I am yet to meet a history teacher I haven't idly day-dreamed about doing a Tids to. |

Still no big prices in my house but not checked the pm prices yet... Crank is new to the stalk market. That's a terrible price, but if it's that low it can rocket up very quickly. As a rule of thumb, a good price is above 150. 400 and 600 are not unheard of. I have posted the link to New Horizon's market pattern in the Animal Crossing info thread that I'm going to revive soon so that the main box can get a break from stalk market dealing and wheeling. At least Chinese authorities are now banning this sick filth www.theguardian.com/world/2020/apr/14/animal-crossing-game-removed-from-sale-in-china-over-hong-kong-democracy-messages(It's taken the Guardian some days to pick up this story. I'm a bit disappointed that they didn't elaborate on the very funny ways these people are conducting their protest in-game with their butterfly nets.) 1,1,1-trichlorethane is nasty stuff. It's largely banned now, as it causes ozone depletion as well as sometimes killing people. Also, I don't understand why people use Tippex rather than just putting a line through a mistake. There speaks someone who clearly never used tippex thinner in the good days when children were encouraged to buy solvents that were flammable, poisonous and destroyed the environment. Tippex was a highly precious resource. Had to be hoarded. And dried out. So you could justify buying solvents. Deodorants as well. Spray on deodorants used to be fantastic. Not only did they make you smell less grotty but there was a very heady whiff to them. And you could light them very easily if you were an idiot. We had a massive flame and very odd smell across the sports changing rooms at school more than once*. The sports teacher was most unamused. Words about bloody idiots and dangerous stupidity. * it wasn't me. |

Can I just say how much I appreciate Admin 's choice of picture? Even if it makes me feel a bit bad because I haven't even downloaded the demo. I blame DQB2. I will still get it when it comes out in 10 days. I bought the Mana collection the day it was released and started playing my old friend Mystic Quest immediately, then didn't have time to check out the star of the show, the original Seiken Densetsu 3, localised after all these years. And now a complete remake when I still haven't played the original! This timeline is all over the place. Maybe I should relocate to Venus. A day there lasts 243 Earth days. Think of all the gaming you could get into a single day with plenty of time to spare for other activities! Only thing is, I heard internet connection is horrible there. Edit: Oh, and Joe Exotic getting his own game is also nice. |

Really sad to hear that mlu035rsc; my relations were varied in how close they were to me; you can't pick them, but "blood's thicker than water" and a couple were not only thicker but bloody obnoxious. However, my Uncle Jim was the kindest, sweetest man I've ever known - when he died at 47 of pancreatic cancer when I was 14, it devastated me. So, I empathise. |
