Hi. Games? Nah. Telly? Nada. Ottm? Goddam work. I spent the late evening watching YouTube videos of Dean Windass and Bob Mould being interviewed (not at the same time unfortunately).

Hello
I managed to figure out how to get a game to work on my computer yesterday, so I started playing Warhammer Mark Of Chaos. There’d been some compatibility issues and it wouldn’t load, so did some tweaking.
Yes, that’s what lockdown has brought me to, playing years old games.

I read that as Ted Moult. I could imagine Rolling rocking back and forth on his chair, watching old Everest adverts on a neverending loop. Possibly dribbling a bit as well. OTTM: Angry Blue Bear won't let me log in. Git.

If you get logon issues here, for some reason rebooting your PC seems to solve the problem for me, MrTiddles . I'm nearing the end of Filka's run in AoW3; in NP I'm inevitably going to lose still; this is the penalty for being good at the game. It's like 4 dogs circling the moth-eaten mangy old bear - they don't want to be the one to die, so they are trying to nibble bits of my empire without getting tagged. One guy lost an arm and a leg trying last night

My back has gone again so I have swallowed the last of the Naproxen and Codeine just so I can sit and work.
I will ring the GP up this morning for me.
Bit of NMS and Better Call Saul last night.

Looks like I'll have to play games and piss about with D&D dollies. *You can stop cheering at the back, I can hear you.

MrTiddles Are you using Firefox on Android? Sometimes mine won't log into any sites, or seem to accept cookies, so every site asks me to accept cookies every time a page loads. It's annoying. I'm planning to switch back to Chrome, maybe, when I can be arsed. I spent 10 minutes researching other browsers, and there are various problems with all of them. Because of a different issue on Windows, I swapped from Firefox to Chrome, with Duck Duck Go add-on installed. Obviously I hate Google, but Chrome does work quite well.

Trying to avoid Google is pointless. It will only get you further up Sergei's watchlist. Apart from anything else a very significant part of the structure of the web is effectively controlled by Google.
Though Jeff can protect you on any page marked AWS. Which is a surprisingly large number these days.
What I am saying is if you want a Google branded tin foil hat it can be delivered next day via Amazon Prime.

I am looking forward to the plague of frogs.
The locusts, not so much.

You aren't writing and compiling your own browsers? Call yourself nerds...
TV. No Books. No Boooze. No. Games. Enough AC.NH to download some cool clothes and then a bit of Ass Crack Odyssey. Playing with an Xbox controller on the pc as I'm a dirty casual.
{Edit}oh yeah. Had the nephew over to Happy Isle as he got AC for his birthday on Monday. Here, have some fruit in place of a 🎁
Only Joshing. I got him Nintendo vouchers & extended his Xbox ultimate pass thing.

Don't give that work/life balance stuff. We all know you've been pissing about with your shed/bay window/shelving/conservatory for ages. I want to see some shooty-shooty action. Has anyone watched the new Killing Eve? About halfway through s1 I thought it was ace, but by the end of s2 I really hated it. Planning to give the new one a miss unless someone whose opinion I trust (or maybe even someone on here) tells me otherwise.

Is a Biblical famine a good thing? I can only think it must be. I am looking forward to the plague of frogs. The Jehovah's Witnesses, not so much. Well, it's now been 4 weeks+1 day, and they've only spent one night in their flat. Hmmnn.. A plague of Jehovah's Witnesses, could you imagine that? Terrible scenes.

Games: A bit of Fortnite Duos, rudely interrupted at about 1am by a 5y-o child who is not mine expecting attention because it had decided to piss the bed and cry loudly about it.
OTTM: I can't remember when my next wine order is being delivered, I can't remember when my first draught ale order is being delivered, I can't remember when my noise-cancelling headphones are due to be delivered, but I can remember that the curry is being delivered at about 18.15 today. Chilli paneer, vegetable Pathia, and a plain naan. I have a good selection of chilli pickles to go with the poppadoms.
The timing of the order of noise-cancelling headphones and the crying child who is not mine is entirely coincidental.
