are you referring to laptops or PC monitors? Both. How do I stick a picture of my setup up on here? Set up a free imgur account, upload the picture, go to the picture and copy the bbcode link, click on the insert image button on this board, paste the link in the Image URL box, remove the img tags and then insert picture, as Chumbles said on page 1 of this thread you can then go to the bbcode before posting to adjust the size.  |

Just tried Children of Bodom from 12 years ago, totally out of sync, so I tried one from 2 years back, brilliant. vast improvement in 10 years - Platitudes and Barren words is very moving and atmospheric* *it rocks Nightwish are on my favs list though 'cause I'm ol' skool and deep in the purple of time. I grew up (I wish) on Iron Maiden, Genesis, Saxon and so on. fun times. if you like Nightwish and fancy some new stuff of similar bent try Ad Infinitum “Chapter 1 Monarchy”, a new Swiss symphonic lot. Also Delain “Hunters Moon”: the first 4 songs are off their new album, but the rest is a live show with Marco Heldietatattatatata singing on it. He’s the bassist/other singer out of Nightwish; the one who looks like Saruman. |

to further that thought, your screen should have the centre of it in a direct position with your eye line and you should have a straight lateral line along the length of your arm from the keyboard to your elbow, then from your elbow to your shoulder should be at 45 degrees, so you sit comfortably with your elbows to or near your hips. This helps you avoid RSI (repetitive strain injury). which was experienced regularly by typist in the typing pool back in the 50's. late edit: if you took my route for your image in paint, then you need to save it as a GIF, this will reduce the Mb size. |

Staggering in a good way of course. A magnificent way. I admit I don't always have them on the A playlist, but any time there is an apocalypse or 2 handy... I am amazed anyone else has heard them, let alone is prepared to admit to it. There are some secrets that should remain buried. |

cobblers - you probably already know Within Temptation, LEAH's early stuff, Epic North, Paradise Lost, We Are the Fallen, Two Steps from Hell etc. I use tracks from all of these for the games I play. Although both AoW3, Civ IV have great soundtracks, after over 7.5k hrs. on the latter and 3k hrs. on the former (especially that fucking continuous 'to battle' clip where in the endgame you can get a 45 minute fight that short clip can drive you nuts). Children Of Bodum, not so much. The voice is not for me.
Within Temptation though I could learn to like.
I now have Sir Christopher chanting to me about the Omens of Death.

The child has gone over to her cousins Animal Crossing island Liamo Land.
Gaming headset plugged into my phone on a whats app voice chat.
All very cute.

Attempt one at uploading an image... Am I doing it right? No, it's not meatspin. How do you embed the image rather than add hyperlink? Fcuk me, they don't make it easy and Felice's instructions were not clear enough or I am too stupid to follow.
While not entirely inline, the top of my laptop monitor being slightly below my eyeline and top of the Asus slightly above the eyeline, it's fine for all day usage and not causing me any problems. Biggest issue I have is the chair (just sitting all day causes me grief anyway due to leg issues).

Click on the red Reply button.
From the Create Post menu, click on the sixth button from the right (the one with the little mountain icon)
In the box that opens, paste the imgur address (as in your post)
Then select Insert Image.
