Sorry to hear the BBQ and heat issues chumbles, have taken to getting the curtains closed and a breeze going a few hours before bed but it's easier when you can be in a different room. Wonder if the infection figures will still be heading down with the lockdown ignoring and good weather, not keen on after the 1st of June 18 out of 29 kids were wanting back to preferred mammals class. Mostly because they don't want them at home not that there is any education they can manage to do with the restrictions and children who will be ingnoring them.

Happy 21st Scubar.
The lad next door has probably finished painting his happy birthday banner that will soon be hanging in the street.
Aaaaaagggghhh. Managed to get up early to do some work and discovered after half emptying the dishwasher that the tablet door hadn't opened and I've had to reload and put back on. Fucks sake.

BBQchat: I cannot abide the smell of BBQs or the taste(?) of BBQ sauce. Disgusting filth. Why don't you just put a lump of cat-poo on your burger and set fire to it.
Morning: I watched the footy yesterday. England vs Holland. A superb match. Games? Nope. OTTDM: 'Old Boy' gave me a pouch of tobacco yesterday, no idea why. Ah, it's because of 'Sherry-gate'.

Morning all, and many happy returns to scubar! Gamesblog: started the very last level of Breathless. Was doing very well, on my way to completing the game, when I fell into a pit of green acid with no way to escape. I also played a bit of Army Moves. TVblog: that there Parks & Rec. After that, I watched the Community live reading, and then an actual episode of Community. OTTM: yesterday's food was all good. Pork bulgogi for lunch (washed down with chilled sujo), and then delivered pizza for dinner. Everything's comin' up amipal!

Hello
Yesterday I put up an inflatable paddling pool. After that was done, and Iād collapsed due to only having a foot pump to do it, I put up a tarpaulin to block out cunt neighbours, and me and PM spent a couple of hours relaxing in the garden.
Games? A brief interlude into Total Warhammer. New DLC out today, might treat myself.

OTTM Everything is worse than everything else. I had to get up early to take my car to the garage. I am barely using the bastard thing so it is obviously feeling unloved. If the repair turn out to be expensive it will know what it is like to be unloved. Work. Loads to do. Can't do it. I've got to do someone else's work instead. Software upgrade. I installed avital update to a vital program yesterday. Result: computer rejected the upgrade and won't let me access the unupgraded program either. Fortunately I am too busy for this to be a significant issue. Until it is. Weather: It is too nice to work, see above Grumpy central: open for full business
TL;DR? Eff youse all.

The best way to inflate something is the empty bin bag trick.
Anyhoo, but cloudy outside today and briefly a spot of drizzle. We desperately need the rain here as the grass is getting yellow.
Games: nil
Telly: Some more Hobbit 1.

After I'd won that game of Ancient Mediterranean Diplomacy it all kicked off; I was accused of cheating by one player, Persia, who I'd wiped, and Greece accused me and Carthage of collusion from the start of the game... this in an anonymous gunboat game?! I gave both of them 24 hrs to apologize - neither had so I reported them to the Mods... Below the map I repeat some of the convo - including the delightfully named Tom Bombadil; I enjoyed stoking this fire, but I did give them the chance to recant, before I lit the match! Greece: I've already asked the mods to look into it ... Ravintsara's play. Chumbles, you may be a lucky man, and truly innocent (a bystander). But the optics look shitty. Ravintsara played this one poorly. A draw was there, but he didn't play for it and actively gave the game away. I can't say you two were working together - a bridge too far if you get the reference. But it sure leaves a bad taste to the win, don't it (if it don't, it should)? Carthage: ... And even if I wanted to resist, Chumbles would have won! He didn't need my "support". 06:33 PM Moderator: (Tom Bombadil): Hello everyone. This is a reminder that making cheating accusations or insinuations publicly, whether in game like this, or on the forum is NOT allowed. If you have a concern you can contact the moderator team privately. Me: "Just checked czechveck's statement "From Autumn 09 to Spring 11 I never once attacked Carthage." You continually attacked Carthaginian fleets in the Ionian and Messenian Seas throughout the period you state. I'm with Ravi on this one, your attacks only ceased after I broke through in Africa. For future reference 1. Don't try and enforce your views on how the game should be played on others. 2. Once the game is done, accept defeat. Don't whinge to cover your own errors. 3. If you want to signal in gunboat a desire for peace, don't launch attacks. 4. Don't accuse fellow players of collusion unless you have reasonable proof* * Ravi's anger was quite reasonable - you continued to attack him AND in '9 when I had wiped Persia, and was about to break through in Africa you left your back door wide open to me. š In truth, both of you contributed to my victory, for which I thank you from the bottom of my beer glass. š¤£
