Good Morning Everything! Yes, even you! Eid Mubarak.
I use the Star Chart app. It has an AR mode that is useful for identifying stuff in the sky that is too far away to fall on your head yet.
The ISS is fun to see, though I haven't seen it since 27th March this year. Fast overhead, slower by the horizon.

I actually did OK on PUBG last night, I nearly won a match too but went full potato at the end. OTTM: Wee baby Babyfark struggled with her breathing so a late night trip to Children's A&E took place with the verdict being virus, not necessarily "The virus" but they didn't want to test her. OTTM 2: New AMD motherboards starting to appear, just as I am rebuilding by rig. www.asrock.com/mb/amd/b55020pro4/index.asp

Games? No. Fillums: Heat Grub: A rather tasty Shepherds pie.
OTTM: Woken up at 5.30am (again) by this bloody seagull* squawking outside.

I sneezed, I'm shivering, my nose is running... *** Not such a clever idea to get my doors and windows opened yesterday. It worked; a better night's sleep - and more to come - but I have had to haul my sorry arse upstairs* and reduce the apertures and close the blinds, curtains** and put the doors slightly ajar... *Why Torquemada thought with a near gale forecast that I would like to have it blow through the first floor and strange lights chase around my room until the pre-dawn light at 4.30 a.m. beats me. **Bloody dangerous - if I fall over I can't protect myself as I fall, and if I couldn't drag myself to a phone I'd be there until Tuesday, but I was pleased at how clean it is up there. And mourn the fact that I've still got two dozen bottles of alcohol I've not been able to give away... I'm currently warming up under the duvet. Doh! Edit: I've only just realized that Homer is reading a list of pregnancy 'symptoms'; for the record my body is an unsullied, rather dilapidated Temple of Ludus* Maximus *Games, you ignorant cunts** **another word of latin origins. (tbh, I'm just putting off doing anything sensible

Less importantly the linkie returns a 404, but whatever your linking to won't be available here for months if they follow the usual rollout pattern of chucking it in volume into the USA first... Here's an article on the new generation of AMD mobos Tom's article

Viral infection? Freakout! How did that get to her? Hope the wee baby Babyfark is doing better soon. I suppose they aren't testing her because the test is so invasive?
After all this time indoors and what with my slippers getting out of shape and unpleasant to wear I treated myself to the most German of all German luxury items and ordered a decent pair of Birkenstock sandals. Jawohl.
(delivered by Parcelforce, not Herpes. I checked.)
Oh. and Classic Dom being a classic cunt. Rules apply to everybody else. He's obviously above that sort of thing.

Citizen Kane has just started on BBC2 It's the Citizen Kane of films. Having watched the preceding Talking Pictures, I can't help feeling that he never made the film he was truly capable of. I feel that there are elements of the film which are slightly overacted. But that I suspect is more to do with my peculiarities. I preferred him as Harry Lime. On other matters - I decided to backup my Audiobooks to a 4tb WD hdd; that's still going - 1.5Tb of stuff. So as I had dragged down a plastic case of dvds / blurays downstairs. While the backup was going I was watching the film whilst I was opening / extracting / cataloguing - putting the discs in a DVD/CD wallet / destroying the covers, and bagging the blank cases for eventual recycling - 2.5 hours. I don't do stuff on Saturdays in theory, but I get so damned bored doing nothing. However, standing for nearly 3 hours was not such a good idea... And that backup will take another 2 hours.

Let them eat Kahk "And women in northern Egypt prepare butter biscuits called Kahk on Saturday."
From the BBC's Africa's week in pictures: 15 - 21 May 2020I go to do more mundane things, including drinking a litre of water ... I might be some time.
