Games: Still playing Titanfall 2 multiplayer. I've concluded I'm at best shitly leverage, but it's a fun game so fuck it. 4 stars.
OTTM:now that I'm 40 in an attempt to not turn into a fat, 4 strokes but I won't change anything, miserly old fuck like my grandfather, I've taken to exercise. Lockdown and working from home has also made some of my trousers shrink. Fucking hell it's boring though. How do people do it every day?
Still, it seems to be working. On the fat part, I'm still a miserly old fuck.

Watching Glastonbury after dark last night made me realise I'd quite like to be in NYC Downlow off my tits rather than at home with a can of ipa.

Incoming Rant Warning Exercise? WTF is that... I am a man of iron will, not a man who will iron... I don't miss smoking at all; I repeat from waaaay back, but for those that weren't around then, back in '06 I went from smoking 50 Gauloises hand-rollies a day to 0. I burnt £190 worth of tobacco the day I decided to give up, and haven't smoked a cigarette since. My lung capacity went from 30% to 92% (last test). No patches, no vaping, no social reinforcement classes with brain dead folk... I just didn't give myself permission to have a cigarette. Ever. Compared with coming off morphine in my late 20s (which really was horrific, especially while holding down a job at the same time) it was painless. We as a nation have been encouraged to delegate our decision making to the government, NHS, etc. and consequently we feel we can ignore our responsibility to others and ourselves. So quitting our addictions is someone else's responsibility and fault. We are the feckless fuck-witted fools who will flock to communal events in the worst pandemic in our lifetimes, or worse. Man up, wankers, grow up and take responsibility for yourself and if you fuck it up, face the consequences like adults. |

Fat baps. I’ve lost weight in lockdown. Probably all the patio building and diy. Since that stopped there has been a slight...plateau, with maybe a gentle incline.
Games! AC Odd - met me ma, met me pa, played through tedious modern day bit. Back into the Aegean.
RDR2 - been hammering the hunting, trying to get all the satchels before I go any further. It’s been a struggle, needs lots of patience, but it’s been great seeing all the different parts of the game, and it’s quite rewarding when you finally bag a perfect pelt. I also took down a bunch of ex-confederacy soldiers. Racist bastards.
