Sure, if you want them to have their name on the book and receive all the royalties That would probably be annoying, if the book did well. If the books was shit nobody would know it was anything to do with me. At least the spelling would be correct...

If you have an idea for a book, characters, basic plot, specific scenes etc but cant write for toffee. Can you give that idea to someone else and let them write it? If they think its a good idea. Sure, if you want them to have their name on the book and receive all the royalties

I'd recommend one before the other Definitely blow your brains out first. What if I can angle it so that when I blow my brains out a chunk of skull happens to hit the left mouse button?

For Brexit, I'm going to stock up on powdered egg and freeze bundles of bananas. Would those be EU regulation straight bananas, or the bendy Brexit bananas? I don't know whether to click "like" on that or blow my brains out for belonging to such a fucking pig ignorant nation.

Hi!
I am tired. My face is tired etc
Games: Grans Tiramisu. It turns out the daily races re now weekly races. what a load of shit. Best result: coming second in a race where the game predicted I'd come 14th. Good times. Fourteen Nights: I played a load of 50v50 games, which is the only way I'll probably get another win (old man sobs). Best moment was killing the last opponent to get a win for the team, rounded a structure and there he was and the last remnant of twitch reflex left in my decrepit body kicked in and I shot him right in the face. I have completed the week 1 and 2 challenges and have 1 challenge each to complete from weeks 3 and 4, so actually I'm doing alright.
Work: Only the best part of 3 decades until I get to retire* and the die. Looking forward to it.
*by retire I mean they find me slumped over my desk, they take my pulse, then put a captive bolt to my head and shout "this ones done, bring in a new one". CHA-CHUNK

Poor entry into the 3 star club too. All this chat of star level and community means all I can think of is miaow miaow beans. Who’s wearing the Zardoz costume though? No one, we had to bin it after Kins tried it on.

An incredibly touching article on the death of Barry Chuckle, from Newsthump of all places. Barry Chuckle dead at 73, Donald Trump alive at 72. There truly is no god

Started shadow of war last night. Great fun so far though hard to remember all the button presses for various kills. Also started downloading Gran Turismo as it was cheap in the sale. Should be downloaded in about a week. I can then provide some walls of text as melvazord's holiday stand-in. Remember, it's best to pretend that people are actually fascinated by what you write, and that the longer and more detailed the post the more people are engaged by the whole thing. It keeps a fragile ego intact if you do.

Can you image the orderlies/porters at the hospital "Why the strange look on your face Dave?" "As we were lifting the body on to the gurney, all I could think was To Me, To You" Do you know, I think Barry would have been happy with that

Surely Gran Turismo race reports deserve to be double weighted in the count? Yeah, do a word count, I demand a word count. I believe that if anyone deserves this count to be so counted it is myself. It is not only to my benefit but to the benefit of the whole chatterbox. Indeed, many posts here are of low word count and low quality. Many is the post that is simply "your face is of low quality", and while indeed numerous and no doubt a binding exercise for those amongst us in the bullying clique, it is my firm opinion that the chatterbox could be so much more.* This forum, this gathering of minds**, this synod of horror, is a chance to discuss not only GAMES but OTHER THINGS THAT MATTER. these matters oft include what was had for lunch, the sexual habits of people from Plymouth and environs or whatever the hell it is Baby is gibbering about today, but discussion of poetry, the arts and political matters are not out our grasp*** So I say to you fellow chatterboxer, give unto me a post with a word count of great measure, some 300 cubits ain length, and I will give unto you the greatest gift man can give.**** * It can't ** Alcoholics ***They are **** No, knowledge, not special brew

I grew up on a farm, and I have fed, watered and been chased by the vicious mini-dinos. They can be properly savage when they want to be.
You went for rooster? Come on! A tent-cock is a VERY different thing altogether, and you know this.

Mr Tent Rooster has never seen Jaws? I assume he was kept in an underground bunker until recently? Or at least grew up in a house that didn't get ITV from around 1976 onwards, since they showed it once a week for about 30 years, just after Smokey and the Bandit. First he was a student and didn't have television and then he went to Saudi Arabia for his first job and they don't have ITV there to the best of my knowledge... So how did he ever see non-stop reruns of Police Academy?! Savages.

After yesterday's discussion of Jaws I was pleased to notice that Netflix has got it and not only the ridiculous sequels. Mr Enemy hasn't seen it yet. Can't wait to show him (maybe not whilst having dinner, though). Mr Tent Rooster has never seen Jaws? I assume he was kept in an underground bunker until recently? What's the biggest wrong un indicator? Being Michael Gove.
Scratch that, willingly marrying Michael Gove. Who could look at that puffy face and gaze deeply into those dead fishy eyes and fall in love? A right wrong un, that's who.

Mrs Zord is obsessed with Gilmore Girls. I have no idea why, the two main characters are annoying , overly zany, "hey lets talk at a fast pace and everything we say is a zinger" trite caricatures. Utterly 2 dimensional. I love Mrs Zord but she has shit taste in telly (and husbands etc)
Hi! I don't like a thing! What a surprise.
End transmission.
You may be surprised that I loved the Gilmore Girls Not really, I always assumed you were sick in the head.

Most embarrassing shows you've picked up from the significant other? I got into 4 in a bed in a big way. Those people are awful, the vast majority of the time. She also is very fond of Gilmore Girls, to the point where I've ended up seeing the same episodes twice and I go out of my way to ignore them. That's a large part of the argument I used to get a switch so we could both enjoy our evenings. Sadly she's not on board with the clicking the controllers make... Hi! I don't like a thing! What a surprise.
GAMES: Grans Tiramisu is for some reason stuck on the same 3 races for online, so I was zooming around Suzuka again. Nothing of real interest to report, a couple of second and third places, the usual muppets who can't drive. Played a wee bit of Fortnite, I got reamed as is standard.
End transmission.

I need to watch Jaws again "You're gonna need a bigger boat" is my favourite film quote of all times. Anti-shark cage. You go inside the cage? Cage goes in the water? You go in the water? Shark's in the water? Our shark? Farewell and adieu to you, fair Spanish ladies. Farewell and adieu, you ladies of Spain. For we've received orders for to sail back to Boston. And so nevermore shall we see you again.

I know understand how Melvazord sustains his grumpy outlook through his holidays. Can't have him coming back all sunny and relaxed, a changed man who exchanges good natured jokes with his younger colleagues at work. 'tis not natural. Oh good lord no, I can't be doing with winding down on holiday, if anything I get myself more wound up by reading books about mankind's cruelty to his fellow man and then shouting at foreign people for not speaking English and ordering chips with everything*
* I don't do these last two, I'm just trying to save me head from the Brexit chopping block.

I have bought my books for our impending holiday: Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee (about how shitty the septics were to native Americans) and In Harm's Way (about the sinking of the USS Indianapolis). So just some light airy reading.
Last years holiday it was Apollo 13 and Black Hawk Down. Holidays cant be ALL cheery.
