Video games you say? I had a go on Ass Vikings yesterday for the first time in ages. I am enjoying the mooching around and the assassinating, and even the loyalty quests and fetch quests. I have only ransacked one monastery so far. I had to fight some massive snakes at one point, which I am not sure is historically accurate for medieval Leicestershire.

I have been given the AstraZeneca vaccine - I have still to be careful for 2-3 weeks while it sensitises my immune system; I have got antibiotics for the leg infection - apparently I have to be quiet and lay down
The EU has correctly identified that people who got the jab over 65, got Covid 19 South African variant C19; what they don't say is that no-one over the age of 65 died or was hospitalised by the infection !

I just wrote a fairly long-ish post about this and that. Because I had posts like that irretrievably disappear once I clicked on the "Create Post" button, I selected the text and copied it, so that I could paste it back in case something went wrong. Instead of copying it, the action deleted everything and the only thing that gets pasted into the reply box is an underscore _. This already the second time* this has happened to me recently. Anyone else experienced this or are my posts cursed? [Edit: I bet it's my cursor. The name makes it so obvious.] I guess I need to start composing my posts in Word? *The first time was a post in response to scamander 's publisher question, but it sounds as if he's sorted that without my sage advice. Tent Hen there, accidentally pressing Ctrl x instead of Ctrl c. Should just have Ctrl v'd it back, or even used Ctrl z to undo, which works in Chrome.
