Drink lots of water lazy. Try and flush out your kidneys. This, LB, target = 4 litres of water, this is to avoid septic shock. Don't sleep until you have drunk that quantity. Four litres? I generally cock a snook at drinking water. Which is maybe how I ended up in this position.... |
