Congrats to Chumbles. Avoiding the rod hull helping? I've never even tasted rod hull. I feel as though I have been on a bender, furry mouth, slight headache, eyes that feel like they are full of dust and won't focus properly. Fuck knows whether there's any mistakes in this post Just practising... *but that's probably the after effects of yesterday's delayed treatment. Because the effectiveness of morphine takes up to an hour after a dose to absorb and tapers down quickly after two and a half hours the 3h delay meant an additional maximum dose with attendant side effects. /Edit: Going to sleep again |

Played a little Uncharted, watched some TV and later on tried to play the Division. Was chatting to my friend and was in no condition to wield automatic firearms tbh.
Had to go to the post office so I've had no coffee.

I was sending a cd for someone's funeral with two songs on it. Wanted it there for Monday, though the funeral is Wed. I don't know anyone involved, I just scout the paper for deaths and send them cd's to play.
So I didn't have time for a coffee before leaving. But I'm about to have one brought to my table and wondering what the shakshuka is like in this place.

More like crank-can-rip-from-Spotify-and-burn-to-cd. Though I had to buy some discs as I didn't have any. The crematorium needs to up it's game. Cd's asked for. I'm not expecting rekordbox and a couple of controllers - but when my pals start dying off and they want tunes played then the soundsystem isn't going to cut it for Energy Flash and LTJ Bukem.

One of my neighbours had a stroke yesterday, one of the decent ones. Bummer. Anyway, tried watching Stowaway with Mrs T, gave up. Shot some Zombies, ate some chicken burgers. Watched some hot Japanese circuit racing*, smoked some fags, drank some cider. Not entirely dissimilar to amipal's evening. *This is my guilty pleasure at the moment. |

4 hours kip, then off for my first ever drive without specs! Ever. Bit scary, plus only being able to focus with one eye, but made it out and back with some generic romantic whatnots for PM for VD.
I am not so devious as to make sure I parked in exactly the same place so she doesn’t know I’ve been out * ….. it might lessen her willingness to be my chauffeuse while im between ops.
If I tell her on the day that I walked to the shops to get them I might earn brownie points, but fear the karmic payback, so will probably fess up. Eyeball 2 is being done first thing Tuesday so def won’t be driving for a while

Got the outlaws round for not-sons birthday this afternoon so have made a slow cooker full of beef casserole, and enough spuds to do a full ‘devils tower’ of mash. Double dumplings will be made later. After that I will doze off and dream of how to make a cock and balls out of roundabouts.
Too early for a cheeky rum?
