I forced myself to go through my, albeit limited, pre-morning routine about an hour ago. Today 's carer is due shortly and I would rather dredge the contents of my lungs up without an audience.
It beats the crap out of hospital where the a.m. routine starts at 3.45, and has regular hourly poking, tests and stuff with accompanying chorus until midday ...
/edit: I just called to ask wtf this early a.m. bloke is. Apparently there's a late change of plan with the carer coming an hour later... it would have been nice to know...

I like the new Fortnite season. In fact I love it (so far). No one-shot sniper rifles for a start. And the bows and arrows are back.
Also pumped about the new Father Christmas content. Though, these days, if you mention Christmas you get arrested and thrown in jail.

I'm not loving the new Fortnite season. The colour scheme is terrible and it does not seem well optimised. There are also far too many different types of shotgun now, I have lost track of what the differences are.

Also i have had a cold & cough since last Tuesday. I must have picked it up amidst the filth of Babylon.
It makes thing less enjoyable. My nose has spent this week playing a catarrh solo AC/DC would be proud of.
My slightly uncomfortable nose really puts Chumbles' grumping about thigs that do not affect me in to perspective.

The PMs work has just shat on her from a great height with stuff she has to do next week. Which fucks up the only night out I had planned seeing friends over the whole fucking festive period as I'm now WFH that day as I need to take/collect child from school.

The future would have been see friends Wed after work. Pick a packet of chews as well. Have one* of those Thursday at home with the PS5 in the evening as the pm/child supposed to be going to the in-laws on the Thursday, me on the Fri. The PMs work may have fucked all that up as well if she has to go in on the Thursday. Feck, knickers, arse.

Being a bedbug (bedbound) means no fecker believes it necessary to call in advance or make an appointment. The last guy was an OT carrying out an assessment that may well give me extra support etc.; so I am glad I was polite. But the lunchtime carer is due in 20m... so that there is no time to do ought else, except admire the lights the OT left blazing away...
